Thank you for addressing the issue and a better explanation of the process to me Carlo. As a first time customer of logo design, I was not sure what to expect and expectations were not clearly defined or laid out to me. As far as pricing goes, I did not know what a basic logo to a complex logo was defined as. I would hope that in the future that part would be explained upfront since you guys have more experience in those situations. It is also better to have a higher rate in the front end, rather than charge low and then tack on additional billing at the back end. That's just my opinion. I do appreciate you following up with everything with me. I still have not received the additional formats requested from my last email either.
