I had a rush print job (12 hour turnaround) and when I got the file over to them I learn that my graphic designer made the wrong type of file and did not add a bleed. I called ahead and spoke with the owner, who confirmed a small color print job (about 10 pages) was fine and told me to come in. I knew it was a small job so I wanted to confirm it was okay prior to arriving. When I arrived, he had already left, and his associate told me they were too busy and that I should go elsewhere. Very poor communication and a complete waste of time. If small jobs aren't accepted, that should be stated upfront. read more

I came here to get some basic stuff printed, and the experience was fine. While I was waiting I noticed that they had bandanas in their display case. I asked the guy working about their bandana printing services and he didn't know that they did that, so he said he would ask his manager and they would get back to me. I left my name, contact info, and specifically the questions I had, but I never heard back. Couple weeks later, I needed some more basic stuff printed so I came back (on July 3rd), but the shop was closed. No notice. No "sorry for the inconvenience". If you're gonna be closed on a day that's not a holiday, you should at least mention it ahead of time or put a sign up. Came here because this place is close to my house, but will go elsewhere now. read more
