They wouldnt even talk to me after I was done and upset. They demanded their money or else. So I paid 100 dollars for a set that I have to remove today to get redone tomorrow. All the ladies are so nice, sweet and welcoming when you step in the space. There is a spot to hang your jacket and at the bed, there is a little basket to put your belongings in. Samantha makes you feel comfortable and always asks how you are and how it was for lashes during the time since my last appointment. You get great service and it's my time to chit chat but then Samantha let's me relax and I sometimes end up finding myself dozing off because I know I'm in good hands. There is always a fun playlist going for music and it adds to the experience at Haven. Oh and can't forget my caffeine fix afterwards! You aren't supposed to drink caffeine at least 2 hours before lash appointments so Samantha is always ready with my coffee after I am done. You can get a water or a chocolate as well that they leave our for guests. There are variety of services including lash extensions, micro blading, lip blushing, spray tanning, teeth whitening and professional makeup done by the ladies. The service felt very rushed, and the quality of the work didn't match what I've received in the past. I got a full acrylic set, and the technician was extremely rough and aggressive during the process. The final result looks sloppy and not at all like what I asked for. For our pedicures, no callus work was done, which was actually the main reason we came in. I'm really hoping this was just an off day because I've had better service here before, but unfortunately this visit did not meet expectations.

As I sat to process my color, one who wasn't Tina even checked to see if I needed anything...like a free beverage. I noticed during my visit that there were a few young men (~17-25) coming in for trims. Also young kids too (one mom waited outside, one waited next to the chair). Usually I just see other women so this speaks that the business attracts men and families. I am reviewing during COVID 19. All staff and clients were in masks the entire time.
