A total rip-off. I thought I was calling the store. Instead I got a call center. I read it's better to place an order to the store directly. However this store has no direct sales so you get horrible service. They wouldn't send me a picture of the flowers till after I orders but assured me they were big and beautiful. After purchasing I discovered the flowers were subpar and the reason they were so expensive was a $33 service fee. I tried to have the order bumped up to a more expensive looking one and I was told customer service would call to upgrade the order. They never did and I couldn't get in touch with them. DO NOT RECOMMEND! At this point this site is JUST A SCAM! I ordered a birthday bouquet of 18 Balloons. 12 Mylar and 6 Latex. I placed the order on 4/21/26 for a 4/24/26 delivery before 2pm. The balloons were for a birthday, and I needed them THAT day. Needless to say, the never came! When I tried to call the company I can get absolutely NO ONE on the phone. It sends you through an automated system that doesn't list the problem and it keeps redirecting you to use the chat bot on the website. Problem with that is, the chat bot sends you back to the same 1 million customer service links that don't actually help. They rescheduled my delivery for the 27th When I no longer needed the balloons! I refused them when they arrived. When it was all said and done, they charged me $93.91. 8 hours later I get an email saying they do not have all of the items in stock to complete my order so I must choose from of of THEIR substitute bouquets, and also receive a $25.00 refund. Their selection of "subs" were absolutely horrible and nothing even remotely close to the photo of what I ordered, or even the other arrangements that they're supposedly capable of. So I went with I thought to be the prettiest, sunflowers. I received a confirmation with a photo of just 10 sunflowers, on tissue paper, no vase, no baby breath, nothing. Also, "$64.99". It took for me to text my bestie and completely ruin the surprise asking if they ever got delivered because I never received a delivery email/notification they had been dropped off, the door bell was never rang, and the door was never knocked on, these flowers sat in a box on a front porch in the sun for what I'm assuming, hours. This business is not honest. They blame the "local designer" but they won't tell me who the local designer is. Told me she put me on hold to "call the local designer" or do a conference call. They just verify your information over and over and gaslight you. Rick says he will be there until 9pm tonight and will take care of this. Flowers marked as delivered about an hour later but I checked with the receptionist at her Senior Living who everyone must pass and they were not actually delivered. I then call back and customer service closed at 6pm! Rick never called me back and I guess he isn't there until 9pm after all.
