The little times we did communicate, the response was almost immediate, which made me feel so confident that someone would actually show up to our party and on time! We had the lovely Faith come out as Cinderella for our daughter's third birthday, and she was truly the highlight of the whole party! She was such a beautiful Cinderella and played the character to a T. She did singing, dancing, storytelling, bubbles, and games and had all the kids participating and engaged the entire time. The kids absolutely loved her and said that was their favorite part of the party! Our character made a mistake and had her parties mixed up so she was over an hour late. The balloon artist kind of just walked around and made balloon animals for the kids but it was awkward with no character. Since our character was so late, some kids had to leave when she was just arriving. We were building up the anticipation but by then we discovered it would be well over another hour, so the kids got in the pool instead and were well into playing and not really into the entertaining by the time the character did arrive. Overall the character was great once the kids heard her singing. Balloon artist was kind of a waste of money since it was a little awkward having someone walk around making balloons without the entertainer. Kind of a bummer it played out that way. Mistakes do happen but no one even reached out to explain anything, I just received an invoice to pay with a slight discount which I still paid.
