10/24/25 Friday Came…read morearound 5:45 PM for the open gym session. It was pretty empty besides some kids practicing. We came in with no climbing background so it was a very humbling experience! Much harder than the Ninja Warrior Adventure Park in Santa Ana. This place is better for experienced climbers or folks who have lessons and want to get practice in. They do offer chalk but I recommend you bring your own because it was kind of hidden and very limited. Most areas/courses were clear, but there was one corner of the gym that was kind of cluttered so it was hard to move around without feeling like I'd trip.

We parked outside on the street. First off, I like that this place is open on the weekends. Secondly, this is more of a dress up/play vs indoor gym that has kids running around. So if you wanted a more calm day, this place is great. It's clean, it has some fun and interactive toys and an arts and crafts area. This was great for my daughter because she got to draw, decorate a pumpkin and use whatever crayons/markers she desired. We banned crayons at home after she drew all over the walls. There's also a little train/cars set that she played with. She's a little young for some of the stuff, but we'll definitely be back. You also get complimentary tea or coffee!

From the very beginning, you could see the confusion on everyone's faces. As guests walked in for the party, no one knew where to go or what to do. There were multiple parties leaving and arriving at the same time, with easily over 100 people crowded into the lobby. Check-in was a mess, and people were standing around frustrated and confused. There was only one staff member at the front desk trying to manage everything--waivers, wristbands, socks, and questions--while dozens of parents and kids tried to get her attention. The lack of organization was unbelievable. When it was time to go into the party areas, the chaos continued. While we understood the rooms were not private, the setup was so unorganized that you couldn't tell which kids belonged to which party. People were sitting everywhere, staff were scattered with no clear direction, and the entire area felt overwhelming and poorly managed. Another major issue was the grip socks. I understand requiring them for children, but forcing adults to purchase them as well feels like nothing more than a money grab. We already signed waivers, so this was unnecessary and frustrating. To make matters worse, the place felt dirty and not well maintained. We have attended birthday parties at places like Pump It Up in Chino in the past, and the difference is night and day--those parties were clean, organized, and stress-free. This experience was the complete opposite. Paying close to $1,000 for a birthday party that was chaotic, unorganized, and dirty is unacceptable. I would never recommend this place and will definitely never return. Do not waste your money.

She enjoyed the cardboard fort the most but she Tried and enjoyed most of the centers. The doll house was right up her ally but she also enjoyed making some crafts to take home. Our little family has grown to LOVE Little Village Play, the cutest toddler/young child play place…read morelocated in the heart of Downtown Upland. I appreciate that they only charge per child (unlike other similar places) and there is SO much our daughter can do here. (Note: It's one free adult per child and only $3 for each additional adult.) The space is well-maintained and the lady who is usually here (I believe may be the owner) is SO kind. They allow you to bring in outside food (to be eaten in a specific area) and there is plenty of seating for parents. It's small enough where you can always have eyes on your child from across the room. They have packages for birthday parties (which we will take advantage of sometime) and don't forget your socks!
