We decided to throw my daughter a 1st bday party and wanted to go all out with a soft play and I was super excited to book with her. I went on her website and booked the date and she replied quickly. She "confirmed" it but never asked for a deposit or sent me any more information, so after a few days I was skeptical and wanted to make sure it was fully confirmed, so I reached out. She never replied, so I tried the other number on her Instagram bio, never replied. I gave her a few days in between each text because I know she's very busy and I respect that ! But she's actively positing on Instagram and ignoring all messages! Super unprofessional!! I've thrown big parties several times and hired many vendors and NEVER had an issue like this ! At least send a quick message that you will get back to me soon or something but nope nothing ! Thankfully I was able to find so many other professional soft play vendors in my area I also should have looked at her Yelp reviews first because from what im reading, this isn't the first time she's done this ! I was sick with worry as a previous vendor canceled on me just days before child's party. Gaudi from Modern Playground rentals was extremely reassuring and went above and beyond to work with me to make my child's party perfect. What could have been a heartbreaking disaster ending up being an absolutely perfect and fantastic day. This is all thanks to Gaudi and her team. The bounce house itself was also PICTURE PERFECT. Anthony and his crew arrived on time and began setting up the play area in my backyard. They were efficient and everything looked so freaking cute. Then I realized there was a boo boo on my part. I thought I had ordered the canopy and o had not. Anthony drove around looking for a canopy. They were able to find one and brought it right over just shortly after the party started so the kiddos would not get sun burnt in the heat. I communicated with Kokie throughout the ordeal and she kept me posted on the progress of their hunt for a canopy. Abby and her team are great to work with and provide clean, safe and sturdy bounce houses. I could tell by the care they took to set up and tear down the bounce house that their product was going to be top tier. I thought I was OCD with cleaning but they made sure the tarp was laid out perfectly, they carefully rolled out/up the bounce house, they wiped down the bounce before and after, and they put it away very neatly where it needed to be. The way they treated their equipment and me was a direct reflection of the people they are. Don't shop around, just rent from them!
