Came here for a same day notary I needed & the customer service was lovely! There was a lady at the front counter who helped me and I got my paper notarized within 10 minutes and mailed out as well here! Love how quick and convenient they were and how nice they were as well. Will be coming back! They charged me $15 for the notary as a heads up for those curious on a price, envelope (if sending to PO Box is $25 for 3-5 business day shipping or $60 for next day shipping), paid 40 in total for everything and again was quick and easy! I have attached a copy of the credit card charge seeing as yelp seems to think this was a second hand rating and didn't happen to me and my wife. Be careful with pricing. They charged us 63.18 to send an envelope overnight. Not first delivery not even by 10:30 but by 3pm. If I sent it from work with our fedex account 10:30 delivery would have been $14.91. Very good place. First time going here and it was so much cheaper. The first place I went to said it would be $120 and and this place said $84 which was in my price range. The guy I think named Jon was super nice and explained how everything worked. He even added bubble wrap to my packaged to make it more secure with no charge. I came in to mail a package and I needed a rush delivery the line at post office was too long so this location was the nearest. I came here right at 4:00 and the only option was fedex which was leaving the gentleman asked their driver to wait for me, and I got my overnight done. Friendly person at the front, however could use more experience catering to specifics. Got finger printing done that had to be redone. I called specifically to check what their retake policy was, and was told that that they would redo it if I brought in my rejection letter and receipt. After I redid them I was told I'd just be charged for cost of the one card- $15. (Ummm you can by 3 such cards for $5...) and to boot was rung up for shipping - $15 - which I definitely didn't ask for. First time around I took it to post office and paid $7.50 for same service. I very uncomfortably spoke up about preferring to take it to post office and the lady knocked off another few dollars and I was told I was getting a really good deal. I had no qualms about paying the inflated rate for the original finger printing service-yeah this is a money making business, but I felt taken advantage of second time around being charged for a service I didn't ask for (shipping) as well as being charged well beyond the cost of a finger print card for the retake. Any cost should have been disclosed over the phone when I called specifically to inquire. Just because a person purchases one service, please don't assume that they want a full package/other services. read more

I love coming here it's so convenient. Did my DMV registration got the tags the same day didnt have to pay the late fee thanks to that... I shipped internationally through Dhl I Was so happy to know they do this service here and I don't have to drive 45 min the nearest dhl station. They did explain to me we won't Get the same price as dhl fedex or ups or even postal because they have an overhead that they have to pay and can not offer the same rates. I was going to head to the post office to mail a package after doing some grocery shopping when I ran into this place. They helped me pack everything very securely and they were very friendly when helping me chose best way to send the package off. My wife even had some keys made while we were here. I was driving by this place yesterday and I remembered the time I gave my business to this place. Basically there was a mixup with the address and I shipped a box to the wrong address. The following day I came back to ship another box to the right address and the owner (I'm guessing he was the owner since he had family pics all over the place) made me feel dumb for an honest mistake. He was completely rude and unprofessional about it saying he had to charge me for the new shipping order and went on ranting about who knows what. I didn't even ask for him to ship for free, I knew it was my mistake and I was going to pay for it even without him needed to give me his rant or his rudeness. Regrettably, I gave him my business just to get the box shipped. All in all, avoid this place for its bad service and that rude guy. 0 stars! read more

I've been a self-employed businessman and mailbox customer for 3 years and have had mailbox services in other cities (Goleta, Marina Del Rey) over the past 35 years. This is a family-owned business, the owner and staff know all of the regular customers, and Stan is always helpful beyond expectations. I am there getting my mail three times/week and I have seen Stan and his assistants assist thousands of other customers and they are always courteous, almost like being in 1970 again. The person who left the yelp review stating that the owner made him feel like a dummy has a self-esteem problem and should take responsibility for errors he made. On the one occasion Stan made a mistake on my shipping and receiving, he fixed it promptly with an apology. read more
