My bank ended up charging me over $100 in overdraft fees. I finally got in contact with my insurance company directly through one of victors co workers who not only explained why I was being charged this but was called progressive (parent company) for me and made the process much simpler. After all of this I tried to contact Victor and after explaining the bad experience I have had he just hands me the number to progressive and says he can't personally help me himself. He is incredibly unprofessional and after signing you up for a scam like insurance company he will leave you in the dust. I am with State Farm now and paying much less for the same coverage. ..

With each move, Monika has made the changes and updates seamless. My job requires me to be on the phone a lot, and sometimes at unscheduled times, Monika has been so accommodating and thorough with changes I've made over the years. When I tell people my insurance office is in Lancaster, a good couple hours away from me, they always question why I don't switch.
