I would have been ok with an off scalp application that blends the line with bleach or a semi darker dye. Instead, I was just basically looked at like nope, we only do highlights. No question on why I was in this business or if I was open to other applications than on the scalp bleach. I would have been open to a conversation. It is an unfortunate way of handling things. Since I came to your business on purpose. Instead it seems I was judged instantly and pushed out the door. I don't believe health conscious branding that doesn't care to actually ask why someone is in their specific business before telling them to go down the road. She was occupied by talking on her phone and eating chicken wings from Hooters. When I approached Lanie about it she angrily said "What do you expect?!". She also reminded that the last person who asked for a refund was told to "get the f*** out!". She didn't so much as offer a conditioning treatment (as if it would have helped). This is 6 months of growth and I've since had to cut off 8 inches of unrepairable hair. It will take years for the rest of my hair to recover.
