I am a late-70s female, lifelong athlete and musician who has no intention of sitting around. About Jeff Dietrich: Jeff's technical expertise and advanced knowledge of spine rehabilitation are world-class. Basically, Fysical at other location did their best they felt and there wasn't much more to do. Last therapy was in 2025 and I was hovering 85-90% in control of my balance. If I get these episodes, it is out of nowhere, and I will lean towards falling. The therapists there were all kind...but not invested into my quality of life...I got really disillusioned...exercises were good to sustain, but that is it. Her communication was outstanding and I always felt taken care of, even when things got busy. She feels like someone I'd trust with big responsibilities. Aura has a loud and lively personality. She is always keeping things interesting and brings a light-hearted mood to the usually grueling therapy process. She brings the fun. For a few of these patients, I'm pretty sure interacting with her is the hi-light of their day. Karli might have given me the best experience, though. Her gentle and relaxed demeanor would always put me at ease. But more importantly, Karli has demonstrated some incredible skills in this practice. As this is out of our network for insurance, I inquired if needed some kind of email, letter, or whatnot to provide to my insurance of this I was told yes just to call back and notify them and they would be glad to help...NOT!! We went to Kelly Hawkins, as it is out of my insurances network, I gladly paid for the assessment and 6 sessions. Decided I would call back the ATI therapy, and thank them for referring us there and get the information I needed and said would be no problem to get,just exactly what they told me. That ATI is referring to Kelly Hawkins as ATI doesn't have facilities/therapists and now there's a problem. Was told ATIs leadership program has their representatives say they cannot give me a written statement regarding this. Why not ? They have no problem informing of this over phone. So asked to speak to supervisor and after being on hold for twenty minutes, someone comes back online and quickly hangs up on me. Now they have my number to call back, and of course they don't. So I look up the cooperate customer service number and call them and of course no one answered but was able to leave a voice mail. Now I know a lot of seniors that use ATI physical therapy and I'm grateful for them being honest and referring me to Kelly Hawkins. However, to not provide that in a statement so my insurance will cover out of network at Kelly Hawkins and hanging up on me is rude. I don't deal with people or places that aren't true to their word or mission. And if it's ATIs mission to help those in need of specialized therapy and help people regain their lives from disabilities or accidents, then why is it such a problem to get a written statement to this. And be rudely hung up on. I will write again tomorrow when I try to call the regional office and see if they help me. But so farwouldn't recommend anyone that is needing medical records or paperwork from them to go there. Seems like they dont care existing client or not. I saw Antoinette, PT and we worked privately and 1-1 on my prenatal development and postpartum recovery. Not only was Antoinette super organized, prepared, and knowledgable; she was super empathetic, gentle, and conscientiousness of my particular needs and circumstances. Being pregnant and having your first baby is such a tender and vulnerable time on so many levels and having support like the services Antoinette provided were invaluable. Speaking of value they offer packages where you can save per session and/or can be reimbursed by your health insurance. I am currently 4 months postpartum and I am already back to running and can sense my abdominals again. Any pain or discomfort in my pelvic floor is gone and I do attribute a lot of my postpartum recovery to my physical therapy homework and regular sessions at Pillar Kinetic. A lot of us don't realize how critically important understanding our pelvic floor function is to so many things in life. Do yourself and your well-being a favor and figure it out with KP!

I've had PT before for my back pain with one of those big chain companies but they discharged me after it seemed like I wasn't benefiting from their traction machine and told me just to do some exercises at home. I was just living with the pain until I got pregnant and the back pain worsened. I'd always planned on pelvic floor PT for pregnancy anyways, so I figured it was time to try again. Intake process and booking appointments was seamless. From the first appointment I had with Dr. Antoinette, I knew I had come to the right place. Her attention to detail, her knowledge, her ability to adapt techniques and exercises to my specific needs and pain levels, her positivity and professionalism, like oh my goodness y'all. If you have chronic pain and you're worried about how to manage that while pregnant, if you are trying to manage the body changes that come with pregnancy and post-partum, or if you just want a PT that actually knows what they're talking about and is effective --look no further. Is it out of pocket and more expensive than your typical PT? Yes, but it's 100% worth it. If I had known they existed a year ago, I could have saved so much time, pain, and frankly money spent on other ineffective treatments. This is the best my back pain has felt in 1.5yrs, and I can't imagine going through pregnancy without Dr. Antoinette's support. Like come on, showing me how to more effectively use pillows when I sleep to manage my baby bump and hip pain? Worth every penny!
