There were usually 12-16 clients working out, with often just 1 staff member on the floor. There is NO way they could keep up with what people were doing. And there was one staffer that was super annoying - singing LOUD and dancing like it wasn't a place of business. Yes, it's great to have a nice energy. But loud singing? The initial physical therapist that worked up my plan didn't check on me once in the several weeks I was there. He seemed to know what he was doing in terms of addressing my issue and setting up a plan. But after observing for a few weeks, it seems his main role is to just get people in. This the only PT place I've been to that doesn't have an actual physical therapist working along side me during each and every exercise. At TSPT, after each exercise, the client goes back to the desk, often waiting in line, to find out what the next exercise is. The staff is just reading off a card that lists the exercises. After all the hours I spent there, I did not see ONCE where a staffer went to a client to correct their form during an exercise. What are the odds that every single client is doing every single exercise correctly every single time?!?! One plus, the guy that does the ice/heat therapy is amazing. He's always busy - checking on people, or cleaning the tables, or prepping the ice/heat packs. And he is always super friendly.

I would recommend to whoever needs help with speech therapy. They also do other therapies example is occupational therapy. Another good thing is at the office is always so neat and clean and I do like that when the children do go in the back, they have them sanitize before they start their therapies to keep all the germs away.

From day one, she made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and tailored the therapy to exactly what I needed. She not only helped me recover from my injury, but also taught me ways to manage my pain and prevent future issues. Even after I was officially cleared, I chose to keep scheduling with her because of how much better she made me feel, especially with my tight back muscles. She has an incredible way of combining professionalism with genuine care, and every appointment leaves me feeling better. 10/10 for Dr. Jessie!

Both of these therapists received their advanced graduate degrees in PT at the University of Southern California. I am more than happy to say I just finished a successful course of treatment with Jeff Dietrich for advanced degenerative changes in my lumbar back, including severe spinal canal stenosis, nerve compression, disc protrusions and bulges, and multilevel lumbar facet arthropathy. I am a late-70s female, lifelong athlete and musician who has no intention of sitting around. About Jeff Dietrich: Jeff's technical expertise and advanced knowledge of spine rehabilitation are world-class. I say this because he is the 5th physical therapist I have seen in the 7 years, and the only one who was able to use multiple approaches to solve my pain issues and relearn proper body mechanics--without steroid injections or surgery. On a personal level, he is meticulously focused on the patient's needs and observant of their personal goals. Jeff is also an excellent listener and teacher with the emotional intelligence to motivate anyone willing to commit to the consistent work of physical therapy. I am very grateful that my physician, William Rosenberg, M.D., referred me to JD for rehab. Not only is the staff friendly and efficient, but now I can again participate in the physical activities that bring me joy, without the pain. Big "thanks" to all!

This location is in the Centennial Hills area off of the 215/Durango exit. It's in a plaza with plenty of parking spots. When I arrived at the facility for my first PT appointment on a Wednesday around 3:00 P.M, it was a breeze to check in. I had completed all of the paperwork required online. There are only a few seats in the facility though. Kiana is an amazing physical therapist! She is constantly providing challenges and is knowledgeable! My first appointment focused on getting a clear baseline of where my hand was at. Kiana measured my hand strength, assessed my mobility, and talked through my goals so we could create a plan for the rest of my PT sessions. By the end of that initial visit, we had a solid game plan in place, and I even started some targeted exercises for my right hand to begin improving strength and movement right away. This is the place to go if you need PT! The team members here are outstanding!

They don't know what they are doing and just tell you what you want to hear.

I saw Antoinette, PT and we worked privately and 1-1 on my prenatal development and postpartum recovery. Not only was Antoinette super organized, prepared, and knowledgable; she was super empathetic, gentle, and conscientiousness of my particular needs and circumstances. Being pregnant and having your first baby is such a tender and vulnerable time on so many levels and having support like the services Antoinette provided were invaluable. Speaking of value they offer packages where you can save per session and/or can be reimbursed by your health insurance. I am currently 4 months postpartum and I am already back to running and can sense my abdominals again. Any pain or discomfort in my pelvic floor is gone and I do attribute a lot of my postpartum recovery to my physical therapy homework and regular sessions at Pillar Kinetic. A lot of us don't realize how critically important understanding our pelvic floor function is to so many things in life. Do yourself and your well-being a favor and figure it out with KP!

I've had PT before for my back pain with one of those big chain companies but they discharged me after it seemed like I wasn't benefiting from their traction machine and told me just to do some exercises at home. I was just living with the pain until I got pregnant and the back pain worsened. I'd always planned on pelvic floor PT for pregnancy anyways, so I figured it was time to try again. Intake process and booking appointments was seamless. From the first appointment I had with Dr. Antoinette, I knew I had come to the right place. Her attention to detail, her knowledge, her ability to adapt techniques and exercises to my specific needs and pain levels, her positivity and professionalism, like oh my goodness y'all. If you have chronic pain and you're worried about how to manage that while pregnant, if you are trying to manage the body changes that come with pregnancy and post-partum, or if you just want a PT that actually knows what they're talking about and is effective --look no further. Is it out of pocket and more expensive than your typical PT? Yes, but it's 100% worth it. If I had known they existed a year ago, I could have saved so much time, pain, and frankly money spent on other ineffective treatments. This is the best my back pain has felt in 1.5yrs, and I can't imagine going through pregnancy without Dr. Antoinette's support. Like come on, showing me how to more effectively use pillows when I sleep to manage my baby bump and hip pain? Worth every penny! I've learned the hard way that if you neglect your health, you'll pay for it in other ways, so investing in your health upfront is basically priceless. Come check them out, you won't regret it!

As a cancer patient, there are days when attending an appointment is simply not possible. While I fully understand the need for attendance policies, the rigid enforcement here shows no regard for legitimate medical circumstances. A healthcare facility should recognize the difference between negligence and unavoidable illness. After three visits, it became clear that this location is not equipped to provide compassionate patient care. The front desk staff consistently displayed an unwelcoming and dismissive attitude. Requests for assistance were met with curt responses and excuses about being "the only one at the desk," which does not justify poor customer service or disrespectful behavior. The final concern arose when I canceled all future appointments. I received a call that felt less like an interrogation. The tone was intrusive, unprofessional, and entirely unnecessary. A physical therapy clinic serving vulnerable patients should demonstrate empathy, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, the Durango location failed in all three areas. I cannot recommend this facility and hope they take meaningful steps to improve their approach to patient care
