The appliances are old. they will replace if you pay an extra $75. I have more than paid for new appliances over the years. They say they will clean your carpets, but the carpet cleaners do a horrible job. They will allow noisy neighbors to move in and do nothing about any noise even though they either have huge dogs running around or someone is screaming after lease rule of being quiet after 9:00 PM. I could go on and on. Basically they will eventually price you out of being able to afford it without improvements. The people in management get bonuses for raising rent and not negotiating. They are a disgrace.

When I first moved in almost 6 years ago this place was like a resort. Shortly after a new property…read moremanagement company took over and things slowly progressed downhill. Then there was a small upswing in year 2 with amenity additions, later to be limited and not properly maintained. The addition of a dog park was a huge waste of space, since most residents just have their dogs poop all over the yards. The dog park addition also blocked off a large field that residents would use to play and gather in. The newer gas bbq pits are caked with grime. I personally cleaned one and it took over 30 minutes to do so. Be aware of the cracked concrete stairs all over the complex and the missing facia & siding from many units. Most of the staff in the office are nice and will work with you but the main manager is not meant for that job, very impersonal. Rent is way too high for what the property offers. They also have astronomical annual increases. I also find it strange that other tenants with the same exact unit have significantly lower rent rates but the manager wants to increase mine by $40-$80 a year with no additions, upgrades, or even a courteous carpet cleaning. I'm super sad to see a place with such potential get ran into the ground. Also, if you are planning on moving in during the "Covid Crisis" be prepared to not be able to use any amenity without making an appointment during the normal 9a-5p business hours (when most people work). What a joke. One extra note: If you have kids, DO NOT MOVE HERE! The office constantly sends out memos restricting children from enjoying themselves or playing around the property. I highly recommend checking out other properties with fairer rates & rules before moving in or renewing your lease.

Nancy, the office manager is what made my decision to live in Meadowridge a no-brainer! She's genuinely nice and friendly and answered all of my questions patiently. I had a terrible experience with my last apartment, from maintenance to the awful employees. I've worked in guest service for over 20 years in fine dining. Nancy is a gem and thoroughly impressed me. Moving can be so stressful and she made the transition a breeze. The company is extremely lucky to have such an amazing and talented manager!! Thank you, Nancy!!

Red alert! As part of the application process, Meadowridge Apartments uses an AI-generated system…read morecalled Two Dots to verify your identity, income, and rental history. You are not made aware of this when going through the application process and what it fully entails; you are only told if you are interested in following through on an application you will need the usual two paycheck stubs and a recent bank statement. As one who tries to keep their information safe, bank account numbers and pay rate were redacted on attachments before uploading for my protection. For the record, gross and net pay were NOT redacted on paycheck stubs which gave verifier all he/she needed. You will eventually discover, Two Dots does not allow any redacted documents. They want you to link directly to your bank website without redacting for "easy verification," so they say. Even though my pay stubs plus bank statement more than covered rental costs, Two Dots also asked for tax transcripts downloaded directly from the IRS website, also unredacted. At that point, I reached out to complex management and told them I was unsubscribing from Two Dots texts so I would no longer receive repeated requests to update aforementioned documents including unredacted pay stubs. I also told complex management I would not be completing application and requested the $205 charge be credited to my card. NO APARTMENT COMPLEX AND/OR AI-GENERATED SYSTEM NEEDS TO KNOW MY RATE OF PAY, MY CHECKING ACCOUNT NUMBER, MY SAVINGS ACCOUNT NUMBER, AND PREVIOUS YEAR TAX EARNINGS TO RENT AN APARTMENT...PERIOD! All documents I provided were more than enough to determine eligibility. At that time, management stated they would not return any fees because application was complete. I told them application was incomplete because Two Dots kept requesting unredacted documents. I also have an email from Two Dots with subject "Finish Your Rental Application." An application is not complete unless all backup is received, recorded and verified. I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank to get my money back. I urge everyone to see for yourself the not-so-positive reviews for Two Dots as a company and even worse reviews for unfortunates like myself who were corralled into using this program as part of the application process. I have to agree with one reviewer who recently called Two Dots a "feces of a system." Apartment complexes (Meadowridge Apartments) and Two Dots do not need account numbers, routing numbers, tax information, and direct links to anything. No one ever asks for this kind of information, not even when purchasing a house. Feel free to provide personal information at your own risk. I won't, ever. On an end note, Meadowridge Apartments did eventually credit my account. They must have realized how wrong they were. Be careful with this one.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! RACCOONS IN THE WALLS!!! ACTIVE DUMP!!!…read more We were excited to move in last year in 2025, all the negative reviews seemed to be from around Covid so we took the risk. BIG MISTAKE! We had raccoons, squirrels and cats in our walls and attic space for 6 months. Constant scurrying and hissing and fighting all day and night. We contacted maintenance in October and nothing was done until the end of February and it hasn't stopped. Our water heater exploded flooding the floor of our hallway and maintenance never properly addressed it, leaving us to just clean it up while barely getting it back to operating. They removed all the small dumpsters in each of the common areas in favor of one giant cargo bin for the entire complex that overflows with garbage at all times attracting more raccoons. Then posted passive aggressive notices on all units doors blaming tenants for the trash issues. All this and they raised rent $200 in one year for no reason and refused to work with anyone. When we went to the front office telling them we intended to move they got hostile and have now tried to trap us into staying. Brenton the boy working in the front even laughed at us when we told them of our intentions to leave. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. The front office acts like they genuinely HATE the tenants and the main male manager was even bad talking tenants in front of us.

This has been a issue sense June 11th. The doors were fixed and the hot and cold were rigged up to work, not fixed. I am getting extensive bowl reconstruction surgery tomorrow June the 25th. They were supposed to address some problems today at 8 am. I am on heavy duty pain medicine and I stayed up all day waiting for them, no one showed up. But at 2:00 pm I saw them at my next door neighbors house fixing his fan in his bathroom. My next door neighbors front door is maybe 4 in a half feet away from mine. I don't want people in my house while I'm knocked out from medicine and on my back for a week... I needed them to do it today. I did not call the maintence guy for two different days he was supposed to come over because I was sick in bed. So today I called the office to talk to them. The manager of the leasing people picked up.she was giving me excuses about why it's still not done. That he would be here tomorrow. I asked if it was possible if she could just bring me my silverware holder for my dishwasher, she said she doesn't think they have any. And he would do it tomorrow. I then told her they needed to go buy one today and resolve this issue. She said he would be here tomorrow. So I then asked if you don't have it today how are you going to get it tomorrow, and that is when she wants to be a bitch. She said with all due respect its not a life and death emergency. I told her I haven't had it sense I moved in. I have seen this woman argue with a elderly man who obviously had some mental problems inside of the leasing office with my girlfriend and I and other renters. She has resting bitch face, as well as a couple of the other leasing agents. When I have gone up to the other leasing women and tell them my problems, I get there no care/your problem not mine/hassled/bitch attitude from them. It is ridiculous. My girlfriend has 3 children, I work on the railroad. I am never home, from 2-5 weeks at a time with 3-4 days at home. So she is taking care of the children by herself. We work extremely hard to give our children the best possible lives they can have. I do not need attitude from these women when the business they are working for rents my a townhouse and something is wrong, you need to get off your ass and fix it. I was never shown this townhouse. Never did a walk through before I signed the lease for this town house. I signed the lease and walked into this townhouse they way it was left/not completed or hurried so that they could. Get there paycheck and commission. I was lied too by the first leasing agent we talked to. We specifically asked her if there were a lot of young people in this complex, she stared us straight in the face and lied. The building we live in is like a college dorm, and almost every place I've gone in the complex is full of 18-25 year olds. My lease will be up next June, I will be leaving this place and not looking back. Kyle

There's been a weird smell ever since I moved in, even though I have glade/bath and body works plugins in every room. Half of the outlets don't even work, no locks on windows or balcony door. Even though I'm technically on the second floor, it's not that high to either window from the ground. Had to call for maintenance multiple times before they came out to fix the multiple things wrong I noticed when I first moved in.
