Especially his due-claws which he has one on each foot. After taking my dog to the back, about 10 minutes later, a technician who I've never seen there before comes out with my dog and from across the lobby says "WE NEED TO TALK" and a loud stern voice, with the two others in the lobby immediately looking at me. The technician comes out and loudly talks to me, and I mean loudly... Like she was very bothered.. and tells me that she could not use the Dremel on my dogs nails because he would not let them. She told me I would need to drug my dog with tramadol for them to do his nails. I was very confused and said I could give him some calming treats or melatonin, as it has a similar effect to which she says " IT'S NOT THE SAME THING BECAUSE THEY'RE TWO DIFFERENT MEDICATIONS". I told her I understood this, but I would prefer to try a calming alternative before having to purchase tramadol from them. She walked away and was still speaking very loudly to the front desk. And then the front desk acted as though they were doing me a favor by not charging me for the Dremel. I'm looking at his nails... No shit he would not let them use the Dremel because they took off over half of the nail in some cases, exposing the quick. My dog is having a hard time walking because his feet are very sensitive due to how short they went... I would've tried to bite them too if they did this shit to me.. Again, I should've taken my dog earlier... But they could've taken off just a little bit and told me I had to come back in a week and that I needed to start coming in more often. Not hurt my dog and say I need to drug him. I've had my dog for three years and I've never experienced this. Moving forward this will be a last resort.

I asked her if I could cut his nails (by the time I'm writing this review, he is only 3 months), and she immediately said, "no worries, I'll cut them for you". I was not expecting that, and definitely they gained 10 points on my book. The experience with this Vet hospital totally deserved a five-star review.

My dog vomited nine times. Despite being an existing patient, there was no sense of urgency. Staff couldn't even locate my dog's information while I was trying to get help. Watching a pet become seriously ill is stressful enough without having to deal with disorganization and delays. The best word I can use to describe my experience is incompetence. If you love your pet and expect timely, attentive care, I would strongly recommend taking them elsewhere. When your pet is sick, you need a team that is organized, responsive, and compassionate. Unfortunately, that was not my experience at GoPet Hospital.

I have a senior pug that's very high maintenance with epilepsy and chronic respiratory issues . Not only is everyone at the clinic kind and super efficient getting my prescription together with my different pharmacies , but Dr Freeman really cares . She calls herself to check on my baby to follow up and to talk about the different treatment options . Furthermore you can feel they are not there to just take your money like some other vets are . Despite the actual visit been slightly higher then my previous vet, the rest of the treatments are significantly less expensive and they often only charge me for the visit as a follow up . I really highly recommend this clinic and Dr Freeman .

Because I wasn't in the United States, I had a friend pick up his body and take him to this clinic. This was one of the most devastating moments of my life, and I desperately needed guidance from an experienced veterinary professional, along with compassion and professionalism. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. I was told it was too late to perform blood work due to the stage of his body and that the only facility capable of performing a necropsy was far away and already closed. Unfortunately, I had no one available to properly store Prince's body or transport him there while I was in another country. While I understand there can be medical and logistical limitations, I felt there was very little effort made to explain my options or help me navigate such a heartbreaking situation. Instead, I was left feeling that the priority was arranging cremation and collecting payment rather than providing meaningful support. When I returned to the United States, I contacted the clinic because my dog's death is currently under investigation by the police. I requested a written statement from the veterinarian who actually examined Prince's body describing their observations. Instead, I received a document from a different veterinarian who had never even seen my dog. It did not address what I requested and was of no value to my situation. To make matters worse, when I called the office, I spoke with an extremely rude receptionist who spoke to me dismissively, and must of accidentally hung up on me. Compassion and professionalism are essential when dealing with grieving families, and I was shocked by how I was treated during one of the worst times of my life. The final disappointment came when Prince's ashes arrived. The cremation company had already delivered them to the clinic, yet no one from the office took a few minutes to call and let me know they were there. Instead, I had to call the following day myself. A simple phone call would have demonstrated basic courtesy and compassion. I understand that veterinary professionals have difficult jobs, and I appreciate the work they do. However, empathy, communication, and professionalism are just as important as medical care. My experience left me feeling unsupported, unheard, and deeply disappointed during one of the most painful experiences of my life. I sincerely hope this clinic improves the way it communicates with grieving families and handles situations involving unexpected pet deaths, because no one should have to endure what I experienced.

I've recently been helped by Silk, Nicole, & Josh, because of the cat colony I have been caring for, and loved how they gave me realistic support for tending to street cats. They are incredibly comforting to the ones I've brought in, and they have a wonderful way of making these feral cats feel calm. One of the cats that we named Slappy is notorious for slapping humans that got too close to him, but he just came right up to Nicole and laid next to her. My dog Billy recently had an incontinence problem and I am beyond relieved at their new treatment they found to help with that issue. They were quick to asses and properly diagnose the matter and luckily, we haven't had accidents since the new medication. The front desk staff are always super kind and helpful. Grateful for all their help!
