My mom received $20 in kohls cash for being a valued credit card holder for 20 years. I went to use it today and it said zero balance. They looked it up and it was used in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We live in Maryland. My mom broke her ankle on Father's Day and hasn't been to kohls .. and we definitely haven't been to Arkansas! Someone used our kohls cash (or maybe two were issued with the same barcode?) and kohls customer service basically says "too bad." It can't be reissued. You can tell we didn't use it. I cannot believe this. My mom might, because she's too nice.. but I will never shop there again.

Other than that, I was able to find a ton of new work shirts (probably more than I needed)! They finally had one dressing room open in the women's active section. I believe there were three rooms. Because they did not have all of there dressing rooms open a line began forming. There were a ton of clearance racks which I was able to find a few items on. Upon checkout I was greeted by Brenda. She was very friendly and sociable. She offered me a store credit card to obtain a discount which I declined.
