The girls here are so sweet and helpful! Wish the undies selection had more options but the staff, vibe, brand and clothes are great

I explained my level of care, to which she reprimanded "I TELL EVERYONE NOT TO USE THE SWIMSUIT SPINNER." I replied that she had not, in fact, informed me. She then pointed to care instructions taped on the counter which I read carefully and pointed out that they mentioned nothing about the spinner at all - good or bad. She said my only recourse was to call the manufacturer myself. She provided the number and I called from in store. The TYR rep asked me the store name, and when I said Cy's she stated "they are a great customer, why aren't they helping you with this?" I repeated that I didn't understand why myself, but that was the situation. I was then told I needed to provide photos and proof of purchase. When I asked the owner to provide proof of purchase (we easily located my purchase in the system and it was less than 1 year old) she told me she didn't know how to do it. She printed a blurry screenshot and told me that was the best she could do. I then looked at the system and found the place to reprint a receipt. TYR was great - they reviewed the photos, immediately determined it was a defect, and sent me a replacement at no charge. I chose Cy's specifically because it was locally owned and (I thought) stood behind their product. I will never shop there again nor recommend it to a friend. This probably does not matter to them as, in the repeated words of the owner "we outfit dozens of swim teams," but the absence of customer service afforded to me as a customer with a defective item as well as the punitive exclamations were appalling and inexcusable.

As a new swim mom, I can't thank this business enough. They told us how to care for our new suits…read moreand have all sorts for great info about the world of swimming. It's really a shame that some of the bigger swim teams don't go out of their way to support small local family owned business like this.

April 2023 High-end…read moreswimwear that will cost you a pretty penny. I saw a few bathing suits I liked, but unfortunately only one that was flattering on me. The padding in most of the swimwear was awkward for those of us who are not well-endowed and there was gaping. I couldn't bring myself to pay $188 even though I really liked it. If anyone would like to contribute to my gofundme to purchase it, please DM me. Lol. The associate who I believe said that she was the store manager was so helpful and personable. She gave me her recommendations and helped me find different styles and the size that I needed. I would give her five stars for customer service and three stars for the store's selection and affordability.

I love the bathing suits in this store and have been a customer for the past five or so years. The…read moresuits are on the pricey side so a couple of months ago when I was shopping for a new suit, I was happy to see they had a sale price on a tankini suit I wanted. I ordered it, they confirmed my order and then a couple of weeks later, I received an email that said the item was no longer available and was cancelled. I was upset and emailed customer service, but they were not helpful. A few weeks later, I looked to see if there were any other suits on sale and the same suit I ordered that they told me was NOT available was on their site again and for sale. I ordered it, they confirmed my order, and then a week later, they emailed me telling me the item wasn't available AGAIN (even though my order was placed and confirmed). What kind of company does this. Really bad experience, and they lost me as a customer.

Bank would be a great idea! At the time, I thought we got a great deal, so we've added the additional options (pick-stitching, etc.). I loved the material we picked out, and it looked great when we had the first fitting. Of course, we needed some alterations done, like the waist and hem of the pants. The tailor also suggested that we also get the sleeves done a little bit too. For the second fitting, the tailor wasn't there. I thought it looked great at the time, but when we got home, we started to notice all the things that were wrong. 1. The sleeves that the tailor "fixed" were not even. I understand that some people's arms may be different lengths, but if the tailor had fixed it, she should've properly measured and made the custom suit fit him. 2. The vest does not fit flat on his chest, but the top has an awkward gap. 3. The behind. It looks like he went #2 and it just stayed there. We work out and are pretty fit. Pants should not look like this, especially custom ones. When the seamstress took in the waist, she didn't work on the entirety of the top, so it looks like he has a saggy behind (see pic). 4. The inseam of the pants have this weird ripple effect. This was done by the people who originally made the suit. It's so disappointing. (see pic) Even though they offer free alterations for custom suits, we will save our time and rather pay a seamstress that will do good work. The two stars are for the kind young gentleman who first helped us out. His service was great! We were also his first custom-suit sell, and he made our first shopping experience awesome.

The fit and quality is terrific but definitely watch for the sales. The dress shirts I seem to pull…read morefrom the closet most frequently were purchased here as well as some suits and a coat. But I especially like the tie selection. Fortunately it seems that everything is either on sale or about to be. It's not a very subtle marketing plan bit everyone seems to play along with it . . . . including me. Socks are about the only thing I would ever pay the "regular" price for here. And remember, "If it's not on sale today, it will be by this time next week.". Definately worth the return trip.
