The physio therapists (Siobhan, Lori, and Jennifer) have all helped me out! I'm impressed that they are up to date on new techniques - I've even had acupuncture as a treatment for my twisted ankle. They are all professional, and great at listening to address the specific issue. What I like the most is that they're great at focusing on improving the issue, but also suggesting preventative maintenance and/or strengthening exercises so that the injury will not happen again. Jennifer was especially helpful after my motor vehicle accident and assisted with all the paperwork to ensure I could focus on getting better. I also received massage therapy treatment at the same time. It was great to have the physio and massage therapists at one clinic who were both familiar with my situation. I currently see Michelle for massage therapy - she is punctual and always inquires how much pressure to apply. The admin staff are wonderful at accommodating my schedule when I call in for an appointment - thanks! THE Downtown Sport Clinic is excellent, as they really care about their patients. I like that these guys work as a team and consult each other regularly. Andrew has been checking with the Physios for a while to make sure things are on track and going how they should and referring me back as needed. The reception staff is also amazing. I have a challenging schedule and the girls never complain, they just cheerfully find a time that works and they get it done! It's also incredibly convenient being in the downtown core.

That is not the case here. They have noted that I had multiple physio appointments but no notes or record of what exercises or plan they had done. Essentially, at each follow-up it was like a whole new visit with many "what did we recommend last time?" Pathetic. 2) customer service Imagine trying to get a progress note sent to your physician. It's like pulling teeth. They promise that they will get it done promptly, many weeks later you're still waiting and after calling to inquire you're met by an abrasive and dismissive admin assistant who says no note to that effect was on the chart (see point 1). Incompetence runs very high in this place. 3) questionable billing Check your credit card statement. I have a few charges above and beyond what was agreed that "magically appeared" on my statement...these are currently in the process of being investigated by my credit card company and hopefully a chargeback will ensue. Bottom line is, there are far better and more ethical places to find in the city for physio and other allied health professionals. I, unfortunately, looked for the cheapest place and essentially got what I paid for -- a shit experience. Stay away.

I have found with other Chiropractors, when I was in pain , I was so guarded and tense and the adjustment would be very uncomfortable... I was truly surprised that her treatment was so gentle and as I was on the table I wasn't sure it was really doing anything... until I got up.... I cannot say enough how amazing she is! With all the special treatment I am ready to walk a 10k for the Hope Run raising money for a drinking well in Africa this weekend and I could not have done it without the combined efforts of all the staff. My ability to get back in motion and working out has also provided weight release of 30 pounds and now I am ready to start the laser treatments to smooth out my skin and improve the look of my legs. Sachin was assigned physiotherapist for my first visit. He understood my struggle with pain management and created a treatment plan with consideration for upcoming therapy sessions. After few sessions with encouragement and dedication, I felt comfortable walking for long periods which I enjoyed prior to my injury. As observed, Sachin provided excellent services to all of his clients. Sachin is caring, hardworking, multi-tasking and committed physiotherapist. Had very bad experienced, and didn't recommend the massage with ridiculous Lori Hardy…read more I made appointment a month ago for massage, as I had very bad backpain. I got appointment on April 2nd, 2015 at 6 pm with Lori Hardy. Around 4, Lori called me to make sure that I am coming. On the phone, I told her that my husband should work overtime, so nobody take care my kids (2y and 3y) and I will bring them when I do the massage. She said I can't leave them at the front without attendance. And then, I told her, that usually I bring them to the room. And she said " no problem if you bring the kids " So, at 5.45 I came there with the kids, and she provide toys and books at the front. I am glad and with big hope I can get massage and feel better. she asked me to fill the form while She did the massage for another patient. And I found that my appointment change to be 6.15. She finished at 6.20, so I wait there for more than 30 minutes and she just told me that I can't bring the kids to the room or leave the kids at the front. And asked me to rebook appointment another time. What???? Is it ridiculous? I never had this experienced before, the therapist reject to give me the massage as I bring the kids. Have you ever being a kid? Have you ever thing how your moms feel if you do the same treat that you did to me.
