A lot of other companies quoted higher prices (some with gratuity and tax included, others with just base prices). My Limo's pricing was very enticing and I was afraid there would be hidden fees when I got the bill, but it was exactly as promised. Their service is sooo good! As a person who hates chatting on the phone, My Limo would send confirmation emails the day before pick up. Plus, the drivers would text you when they arrived. A major win in my books! They also have an app where you can book your reservations. The cars are roomy and seem relatively new. The car service I've used in the past had their leather seats peeling away. That's not the case with My Limo. Finally, the drivers are super friendly. Luis was very friendly and made small talk with us. Donald was amazing and was so patient with us since there were so much delays with getting off the plane and waiting to get luggage, plus the traffic at Newark was insane when he came to pick us up. I would definitely recommend My Limo again and will definitely utilize their services.

Instead, a Tesla showed up at my door an hour and a half before our prepaid dinner reservation. While the driver was polite and professional and the ride itself was pleasant, the overall experience was not what I paid for. I was charged nearly $200 for what felt like a basic ride I could have booked on Uber for half the price. When I complained, the company told me this was "standard" because they outsource rides to third parties -- something I was never informed of beforehand. To make things worse, their idea of making it right was offering me 10% off the base rate -- a grand total of about nine dollars, which is less than what my latte costs me daily. That token gesture only underscored how little they value their customers' experience. For anyone expecting a true luxury or private car service, be aware that what's advertised may not be what you get. Transparency and honesty matter, especially at this price point. If you're looking for a reliable high-end experience, I've had much better service with EmpireCLS, who actually deliver what they promise.

She introduced us to the island of Moorea as well and we couldn't have been more pleased. I'm typically not one to utilize a travel agent as I enjoy planning my own itineraries but I don't think I'll ever book a trip without Mindy again. I must also add that Covid-19 postponed this trip about 5 times. Mindy worked with me and my wife at all hours and weekends to ensure we were still scheduled. Prior to arrival, we were required to provide Tahiti with extensive documentation to allow us into the country. We saw people get turned away at the airport due to lack of documentation. Mindy worked with local contacts and travel boards and provided us with organized lists of everything we needed. This certainly is not the norm and likely is not the typical level of service you'd receive from any travel agency. Mindy was as excited for us to arrive in Tahiti for our honeymoon as we were and we felt like she was a part of our journey there. We received a beautiful bottle of champagne upon our arrival with a note from her which truly made it even more special. I'm not one to ever write reviews but Mindy deserves every word of it. I would have preferred feather pillows and a down comforter, but overall the accommodations were nice. The on-site bar was dangerously dark and was not open every night, which was a bit disappointing. The next morning's brunch had a good omelet station and yummy bacon. One thoughtful touch I really loved was the emblem stamped in the sand for the outdoor cigarette disposal area--it was a unique detail that stood out.

The planes were amazing! The view was sensational! [I MUST WARN YOU: DO NOT DRINK THE NIGHT BEFORE. I HAD 2 GLASSES OF WINE AND I WAS DEFINITELY FEELING WOOZY ON THE PLANE!
