I've been going to another area dentist office in Frederick, and I wasn't particularly happy with the quality of care and service that I'd once received when I initially started going there. So, coming to this office was such a refreshing experience. First and foremost, it started with me setting up my appointment. The gentleman whom assisted me, I believe his name was, John, and he was so incredibly friendly. I think he was overwhelmingly one of the reasons why I had the best vibes about switching from my previous dentist office to this one. Once I arrived, I knew that I'd made the right choice. May I begin by saying that I loved how neat and clean the office was presented, and it smelled delightful! The front desk receptionist, Lincoln, checked me in and she was super nice and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Rachel, was THE BEST! I enjoyed talking to her, and she was so gentle super friendly! Dr. Lee was wonderful as well. He was thorough while completing his oral examination of my teeth and mouth. I had a concern about one of my teeth, and Dr. Lee and Rachel were so great in their assessment of my teeth before giving me their professional advice and opinions. I greatly appreciated their honesty and insight. When Rachel was finished with my cleaning my mouth felt so clean! Thank you to Dr. Lee and Staff for a fantastic office visit, and I can't wait to return and bring my family! This is a gem of a dentist office, and I highly recommend this office!
