They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood everything clearly. The service was efficient, and the overall process was smooth and stress-free. I was also impressed with the quality of the service and the attention to detail. The value for the price was excellent, and everything was handled in a very professional manner. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and friendly service. I will be coming back again.

My program was only 3 page of content and 4th page (back page) nothing Then I remembered Copy World. I figured they do a lot of printing especially for all the Cal students. I went it and the gentleman helped me. luckily I have saved the pages individually on a flash drive and brought with. He told me some of the formatting was off, but he kindly fixed it for me. I also wanted to get a poster for have at the front of the Church pews for people to look at and he said I could have that ready the same time. I went in on a Monday and he told me it would be ready the next day. I couldn't get there until Wednesday, but the programs came out beautiful. In a stress time, where funeral programs are generally a last minute item, make sure you stop here. He told me that they the programs are generally last minute but they always make it work.

They accept all kinds of packages from all mailers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) - an incredible boon if you're like me and are enrolled in one too many wine clubs! Finally adult signature is not an issue. All of the employees we've worked with have gone above and beyond too. Once we stopped in right after closing to see if a package was small enough to be in our mailbox. It wasn't and as I was whining that we'd have to come back for our package, one of the staff in the back said he'd grab it for us and brought it outside. He didn't need to do that, and we would have come back the next day! But it meant a lot to both of us that he heard us chatting and wanted to help us out, even as he was closing up. We also recently had to get a bunch of things notarized and once again You Send Me had us covered. We were able to get all four of our documents notarized at once quickly and efficiently, while making some pleasant conversation with the staff. Everyone who works there is such a gem. I'm glad we have this in our little north Berkeley enclave.

She expected me to return with a new unsigned document. So I verified the criteria and here's what I found. Question: do I always have to sign in front of the Notary in California? Answer: No, you do not always have to sign in front of the notary in California. Whether you must sign in their presence depends strictly on the type of notarial act required by the document's certificate. The rules vary by document: Acknowledgment: For this most common type, you do not need to sign in front of the notary. You can sign the document beforehand, bring it to the notary, and verbally confirm (acknowledge) that you signed it of your own free will. Jurat: If the certificate requires a jurat (which involves an oath or affirmation that the statements in the document are true), you must sign it in the physical presence of the notary. Personal Appearance: Regardless of the type of signature, California law strictly requires the signer to appear in person in front of the notary. Remote Online Notarization (RON) is not permitted. Reference: https://www.nationalnotary.org/notary-bulletin How to notarize a document in California By Michael Lewis 7/24/23 Bottom line, this was a mere identification document. I provided photographic evidence via my passport, I was physically present and my photograph was on the identification document and I was happy to sign in front of her so that she could compare the signatures. Nothing seemed to make any difference to this person. In summary Ms. Gill who works out of this UPS store is a person who does not even know the requirements under law. She was wholly unreasonable, argumentative and not worth a cent of my money. The epitome of poor customer service.
