The UPS store is in my neighborhood. I've been coming here since 2019. The service has always been…read moregood. Lately, I came here to get a DOJ background check. The staff were helpful. I didn't have to wait long. They required my drivers license and fingerprints. They forgot to give me back my drivers license, but this is a simple mistake and came back the next day to pick it up. The store is smaller than some other UPS stores I've seen. They have a limited supply of items for sell for shipping than I've seen in other stores. For Amazon packages you just have to make sure to bring a printed label or you'll get charged for print out. I think it's around $1. Also, if you bring something large back from Amazon you need it packed in a box. Get in, get out and great service this is why I will continue coming to this UPS store

During their visit, a matter came up requiring an apostille, or they would simply have to cut their trip short and return home to handle. I reached out to Lynda through Yelp and got an immediate response. We coordinated an appointment and she met us at my home and took care of business. So why does she deserve 5 stars for essentially doing the same thing any other notary public willing to go to Sacramento would do? The exceptional customer service! We ran out of legal paper and she was willing to bring some she had at her office for no charge. Saved me a trip to the store, and she didn't nickel and dime and insist that we pay her for printing, etc. Additionally, after our initial appointment, we realized something had to be corrected and we needed an additional copy. She came back to the house late that evening, AFTER her other job, to get it squared away so she could go to Sacramento for the apostille the next morning. No additional charge! Lynda provided thorough communication throughout, including the next day as she went to Sacramento. She asked if she could deliver the documents to our house the following day as she also had work that night, and unfortunately that didn't work for my in-laws schedule, so she made time to swing by that afternoon before starting her other job that evening. It's not cheap to get an apostille done, but the cost was more than reasonable and Lynda's service was worth every penny! Thanks again Lynda!
