Plus, the day I was supposed to pick it up she was very hit or miss with responding to my messages. She claimed she was running late from work while I was waiting in Fenton to pick up my item, but I'm pretty sure she was at home the entire time rushing to finish it. She said she was going to sew the piece of fabric on my cap, but instead she hot glued it. It looks a MESS. She also somehow ripped a piece of my cap where the cardboard underneath is now showing. My husband and I dropped off seven needlepoint Christmas stockings at Allison's house the week…read moreafter Christmas to have first names embroidered on them. Allison said they would be done before the end of January. What followed was over three months of unanswered phone calls and text messages, as I tried to find out if the stockings were ready. We finally dropped by her house two days ago to get the stockings, finished or not. Three had been embroidered, but she had torn the linings on two of them. A fourth stocking had been embroidered, but she was in the process of picking it out, and the lining had been damaged. I couldn't believe the carelessness--these are very meaningful to our family! Thankfully, three had been spared. Allison offered no apology or explanation--at least she didn't try to charge us. We are going elsewhere to get the job finished and the damage hopefully repaired. I would give her zero stars if I could. Do NOT waste your time or money on this business.
