I needed to have my bracelet repaired for a wedding on Sunday. I stopped by Cecena's Jewelry on Saturday after being referred to them by a local jeweler in Collinsville that was unable to repair it. It needed to be repaired by laser and they didn't have that equipment, but Cecena's did. I was greeted by a friendly sales person who told me that they could in fact repair my bracelet. However, it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday. Although I was disappointed that I wouldn't be able to wear it at the wedding, the sales person suggested that I leave it with them and they in turn would mail it to me free of charge. Their service fee for repairing the bracelet was minimal. I received it the following week and it was beautiful - it looked brand new. I was very impressed with the service I received AND their going above and beyond my expectations is why I give them the highest rating (5). I was looking to have rings,earrings,bracelets,and a tie tack made from some pieces I was given. Mr.Tony sat with myself/husband without interruption. Listening to what I wanted, I sent him pictures of some ideas to go off of. He took everything I had brought with me. A couple weeks later he called me to come in and go over the design. He showed me printouts of the items I'd described. Cleaned some other items I brought in that day ,and is proceeding with making some of the pieces for me. I'm so excited to see the finished product. I had been to several places prior to start this process. Some couldn't accommodate my request. Some acted like they didn't have time to deal with my request.
