I work for a law firm, and we frequently have declarations we need translated, or interviews for which we need interpreters. One client in particular is awesome at sending us things last minute, for which I need to provide a translation within a day or even a few hours. I simply email the document to CIT and voila! it comes back translated in no time at all. Most recently I had an entire employee handbook (with an index and hyperlinked sections and everything) which we needed translated for a client. CIT proofed the document for us and pointed out inconsistencies between the table of contents and the document, as well as areas where the client had left blanks. Creditor began to sue me for the full amount of past due payments. I had to go in and ask how to respond to a summons of lawsuit that I was served at my home.
