Everyone talked a good game at first, but I found little follow through from anyone (including local jewelers, as well as the "name you know" chains)... Only one truly showed up for the big game - Jewel Gallery! Alejandra was amazing, looking for what was ultimately an almost impossible request for one of the stones, but knowing I was on a timetable, she pushed through insane winter storms, lack of inventory nationwide, and an almost "unreasonable" request on my end, and made it happen! She kept me in the loop every step of the way. Linda (one of the owners) stepped in personally when needed to make sure I got what I needed, when I needed it, and was always so excited to be a part of making this momentous occasion as special as possible. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, I couldn't ask for anything more! Come to find out, they have done a tremendous amount of work for my mother on some very old and complicated jewelry to some new items she got from them... In fact, I think my mother's exact words were. "You would have been an idiot if you had gone anywhere else!" Well, without a doubt,she was right!
