I arrived an hour earlier then my reservation time so I expected a wait but still got my car right on the hour. The nice young man cleaning the cars explained the land lord won't let them use water to clean the cars by hose so it takes him a bit of time to get them ready. All of you complaining here, maybe you should take a minute and realize the car rental industry was upended by the plandemic and not the staffs fault in any way. Have some patience, I work in customer service and while I was sitting there waiting for my car, I noticed most of the customers had The Veruca Salt attitude....
