It was a full size Ford Expedition with more than 32000 miles on the odometer. On the plus side, the car was clean and functional. It's just a hog to park and will probably be a rather expensive tank to fill up. It's a short walk from the rental desk to the lot. If it's raining, you are going to get wet.

The staff take great joy in denying you service and threatening to get airport security, if you're not on your knees grateful they will take your money and rent you a car. (Also call their bluff on the airport security thing, because unless you're being a danger to others or disrupting airport operations they won't do anything) Look I realize this isn't the best job in the world, but honestly what does it say about you that this is how you conduct yourself? And your company for not honestly providing any customer service training? If a customer is just there to rent a car, make the whole thing painless for everyone. No one forced you to work there, and by extension, customers should probably not rent from you. But seriously, why isn't this being replaced by a kiosk? Saves the company money, saves the customer time, and it'll actually improve the ratings it gets here.

When I'm renting a car in cville, I prefer this location over the pantops one. I've been consistently renting from this location for about 2 years. The staff are friendly, efficient, and timely. I rarely wait longer than 5 minutes to pickup a car. The cars have all been great - very clean and many of them are newer models. Drop off is also quick and easy, they are fast at processing drop offs and have after hours drops available too. On rare occasions I've needed to switch vehicles, they have been gracious and met my needs. One note is that they do not have on-site parking, so do not plan to leave your current vehicle at their business while you're renting. Plan ahead to be dropped off. If you're looking to rent in the cville area, I would highly recommend this enterprise location!

I was rushed and not given enough time to review the options or contact my insurer, being told the agent needed to return quickly. Afterward, when I raised my concern, the response I received was simply that I had "agreed to the terms," without acknowledging the pressure or lack of time to make an informed decision. I later confirmed that collision coverage was already handled through insurance, making the added pressure unnecessary. More transparency and less pressure would greatly improve the experience.

My car which is a 2018 Tesla model X with about 150,000 miles on it Was looking a little dated and aged. I had not washed or waxed it or detailed the interior for quite some time. When I picked up my car from Taylor's body shop, I couldn't recognize it. It looked brand new. The repair work that they did was extraordinary. they also washed and detailed my car, which I certainly didn't expect them to do! They dealt with the insurance company to cover additional repairs that were discovered during the process. It was a beautiful, seamless interaction.
