I had my husband go in to get the car and he had to wait 4 hours for a car . We were supposed to get a full size car but they gave my husband a small little clown car instead that looked like it was missing a hubcap. He didn't say anything because we just needed something to get back in forth to work. Ok fine but then I guess he didn't notice the cigarette smell when he was driving it home that my son notice later. So he took it back.had to wait another 4 more hours for another car. Luckily they did well and gave a way better car. But it shouldn't have took 8 hours nor that kind of experience to have happened.

At 4:52 pm I was left a voicemail that there were out of cars. 8 minute grave period, left me no time to schedule anything else. they offered to drive to a location I had just come from and said it would be a couple of minutes, it took me 45 minutes to get from Dearborn to Woodhaven for the confirmed 5 pm pick up. needless to say I walked several miles home from Woodhaven enterprise with my work bag and 12 beautiful tacos. From my experience yeaterday I would not recommend and certainly would not use my dollars at any enterprise. there is simply too many alternatives that will honor your choice to do business with them. I walked to hertz the next day and the vehicle I ordered was ready and waiting for me (for $50 less). i took other peoples experience with enterprise for granted and chose to use them, I was let down and agree. "if it can happen to them, it can happen to you"--- the customer service was also terrible, they let me know they were sorry. that helped a lot on my walk home 0 stars, 0 professionalism, 0 concern. go down the road to Hertz

Conrad Herring provided great service. The process was simple and smooth. He gave me all the information up front. Signing up for the car was quick and easy, I was provided a car I was comfortable with driving, and a thorough inspection before I left. Conrad did all the talking with my dealership to make the payment arrangements. He was responsive to email when I had some follow up questions. Later that week he made the checkout process smooth and easy too. He was friendly, courteous, efficient, and anticipated almost all of my questions before I needed to ask. When I compared Enterprise prices to their competitors online, I found their prices by far the most favorable. Would definitely go back based on the service.

Things escalated quickly from there and although I will take some responsibility for losing my temper and using questionable language, I still don't understand how you can take reservations and not have a car or a reasonable plan to get us a car. We were told there wasn't a manager when we first complained, magically somebody came out of the back when voices were raised. She stated she could have had us a car in 7 minutes if we wouldn't have been rude! Not sure why the other person stayed she didn't even know if she had one at another location.
