I blame Enterprise Collision department for that mix up and had to contact Enterprise Corporate to clean my Driving Record.. My sister and I were victimized in this accident. Shortly after purchasing the 2024 Hyundai Sonata, I discovered that the AC was blowing hot air. I contacted Enterprise and was repeatedly instructed by staff to take the vehicle directly to a Hyundai dealership and have the dealership work with Assurant, the warranty provider. I followed those instructions. Now, Assurant is saying the AC issue is considered a maintenance issue and is not covered under the warranty. Hyundai has quoted me more than $500 for the repairs. What is especially frustrating is that I have not taken the vehicle in for maintenance since purchasing it, and the AC issue was discovered shortly after the purchase. I am now left questioning whether I was sold a vehicle with an existing issue that was not properly disclosed or covered by the warranty I was told I had. On top of that, Enterprise did not provide me with all of the documentation I needed to properly access and use the warranty. I have had to repeatedly contact Enterprise, Assurant, and Hyundai just to try to get clarity on what should have been a straightforward warranty process. As of today, my vehicle is sitting at Hyundai El Cajon while I try to get this resolved. I have been without transportation and am having to worry about additional dealership fees and how I am going to get to work. I am still hoping Enterprise will step up, communicate directly with Assurant and Hyundai, and resolve this appropriately. However, based on my experience so far, I would strongly caution anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Enterprise Montclair. Buying a used vehicle is already a major financial decision. The last thing you should have to do immediately afterward is fight to get answers about the vehicle's condition and the warranty you were promised. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from this location unless you are prepared to thoroughly inspect the vehicle, verify every warranty term yourself, and make sure you receive every piece of documentation before leaving the lot.

Amazing on gas of course & really easy to drive. Lee is so quick to respond and is an excellent communicator. He has a great feel for making sure his clients are taken care of. He goes above and beyond to make sure your rental experience with him runs as smooth as possible. He is such a nice guy and really makes it a point to help you especially if you're in a bind for a rental. Lee even offered pick up/drop off services. AND he gave me a free apple car charger for the road. Seriously just the best. They accept all forms of payment. Credit card, Debit Card, Cash, Zelle. There is no credit check. There is a $500 deposit that will be returned to you once the rental is returned. THEY ARE OPEN 24 HOURS but the lot is locked so you will need to call before hand to meet Lee or another employee at the lot. It isn't your typical Car rental place that you can just enter during business hours. Think of this as a private car rental agency exclusive to those who "know" lol. It really is a great business. If I had to compare, it works the same as a TURO rental but obviously better. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend renting from here. An option to choose from if you don't have a credit card. But there were a lot of people outside the office waiting as well and she couldn't give me an ETA. I requested a refund and she stated that she wrote up notes on my file and to call Priceline for the refund. What's the point of having a reservation (grace period or not) if there's actually no car to reserve?
