Then, I get put on hold for 30 minutes the next morning at around 10 AM (they open at 9 am) when I tried to contact customer service at their location. We have rented here at least half a dozen times and every time the staff is always courteous, attentive, and goes out of their way to make sure we are pleased. I'm not sure why this location has received poor reviews in the past but I would highly recommend them to anyone that asks. I also have friends and neighbors in the area that have rented from this location as well and they also are very complimentary of the customer service. It is a suburban location so if you are making last minute reservations, they may not always have the exact car that you want due to inventory shifting but that is not always within their control. 5 star review from me !

I told them I did not want to be stuck an hour away with a client I am required to drive to medical apts and errands and have a flat tire. They gave me a different car a Kia and that was better. I would have given them five stars had they honored my AAA membership and charged me a reasonable amount and not twice as much as I would have paid at Marlborough location.

This is the seventh circle of hell. First of all, the parking lot is SO dangerous - a blind, one…read morelane, two-way entry/exit. Next, there was no one there when we arrived and a sign was posted "be back in 30 minutes or less" with no stated time. We went back 45 minutes later and STILL there was no one there. A few minutes later, TWO employees show up (why were they both gone at the same time??) and start working through the line of people who have been waiting outside, including an eighty year old woman and her family. They then state that they have no rentals available (maybe put that up on a sign so no one wastes their time). When it was our turn, it took over an hour to work through the rental process for insurance. The whole time, the branch manager is on the phone with insurance companies or other branches and the employee has questions and needs her help. I'm relieved they managed to come up with a car for us. They gave me a car someone had dropped off moments earlier, saying they needed to go clean it before renting it to me. When I stepped inside, it reeked of cigarette smoke. I asked if I could swap it because we have a baby who will be riding in the car but, you guessed it, that was the only car they had. I sit here in shock that what I thought would be a 5-minute errand wound up being our entire Friday afternoon, literally two hours from the time I arrived and no one was there until the time I left.
