The truck they tried to give my husband was filthy in the cab and the cargo space, the lift on the truck didn't work, they didn't have any of the furniture pads that I had reserved, and they tried to charge a completely different price than what was on my reservation. They had no explanations, apologies, or suggested solutions for any of these problems. In the end, we had to rent elsewhere ( luckily we were able to rent a clean functional truck fromUHaul). By the time my husband left there were many people on line waiting because the "office" (the corner of a hallway outside a hotel pool), only fits one person at a time. The "computer" in the office is running an ancient operating system (windows 95) and so it takes forever to print out anything and the guy "working" there refuses to change or fix any mistakes, The entire experience was a complete waste of almost an hour of time.
