So I made another reservation at this enterprise agency by calling them (Woodbridge NJ-whose review page we are all on). They confirmed the make and model of the car and time and said yes i can come in and get the car in next 20 minutes. I get here and they say they don't have it and that the call actually went to their call center and not the agency . This Woodbridge agency say they were gonna call me to say they don't have the car but because of the day being hectic couldn't call on time . By this time I had spent 40$ in cab and 1 and half hour getting from home to agency to another agency and didn't get the car. I complained to enterprise they said we are escalating it to management . Also, not all Enterprises are equal depending on the manager and staff. My car broke down pretty recently and I needed a rental. I was waiting for my jobs fleet manager to create a rental reservation for me for hours. The tow truck took forever and I'm not impressed with my job, but Enterprise came through! I was pleasantly surprised by how accommodating this Enterprise was. Nicole was kind enough to send a driver to pick me up before they even had a car available for me and before I was able to provide a rental reservation number. Luckily for me a vehicle was available shortly after. The car was quickly serviced and sanitized before I was ready to go. The prices are fair. The staff was very friendly, professional and accommodating. I'd you are in the area and need a rental, it's a no brainer.

After leaving, I got a call from Hertz saying I'd be charged an $80 "no show fee" for each reservation ($160 total) if I didn't cancel. I called Hertz and was told I had to cancel through the third party I booked with. I did that, then called Hertz back, only to be told I still had to contact corporate to avoid being charged. When I called corporate, I waited 45 minutes just to be told they didn't even see my reservation and couldn't help me. The only helpful person throughout this entire process was the desk agent at the Hertz location. Everyone else seemed more interested in passing me off than resolving the issue. Instead of trying to earn my business, Hertz wasted my time, gave me the runaround, and threatened me with fees for cars they never even had available.

Called in and got picked from home on a Chevy Tahoe to get to this place. Miranda was amazing right from pickup to getting me a nice upgrade of a Hyundai Kona for the same price , only because of the condition of car availability which was my good luck. The checkout process was very fluent and the car condition was great. I had to return the car earlier than what I anticipated because of the loaner availability and the checkout was smooth again. I now know a place where I can look for my next rental needs if I would have one again.

I just purchased a 4 series from them and I was shocked at the low price I got. They advertise the…read morecar leases extremely cheap and I thought it was a gimmick to get you in the door at first but I had time to purchase and I figured what do I have to loose. I have leased many cars before so I'm aware that you always have to pay for your registration/plates no matter where you go but I really put zero down paid my plates and tax and got the car at the advertised price. When I went to the dealer to test drive this car I spoke to a salesman and he wanted almost $7000 upfront and about $200 more a month. When I showed him the prices that M&V were offering he insisted that that was a scam he even got the manager and the manger said there is no way you can get this car at that price because any dealer will be loosing money with M&V's prices. Also I wanted dynamic handling on my car but the dealer once again told me there wasn't any car in NJ in stock with that option and dissuaded me from getting that option, so if I wanted that it would have to be a custom order and he therfor couldn't offer me any deals on any car that wasn't on their lot. I saw some reviews where people said someone some things that weren't all that positive but I assure you that this place is totally legit. I spoke with John and he made picking my car with all the options I wanted and didn't want painless for me. This really beats going to the dealer and waiting for hours while they get your car ready and have to negotiate a price down. I built my custom BMW online sent it to John, got to track it on the BMW website step by step and picked up the car at BMW in Brooklyn about 8 weeks later, I did have the option to have them deliver it but I just couldn't wait the Memorial day weekend out.
