He is still young and trying to get started in this profession, but he still seemed very talented for such a young guy. We did an engagement session with him even though we had already done ours and I am so glad we did. They were so beautiful and it allowed us to get to know him better. The day of the wedding it was so helpful to have the 3 of them there capturing all our moments. We had a Catholic ceremony so you really need a lot of photographers to get everything since they are so stingy about where your people are allowed to stand. The only bummer of the day was that it rained which slowed us down a bit, so we weren't able to get all of the pictures that we wanted to take. Vincent and the girls weren't prepared for the weather either, but luckily the service manager at the venue jumped in to save the day and found them so umbrellas to use so that we could still take pictures out on the golf course. I would say that although they are very talented, I think they need a bit more experience doing full blown weddings. The rain kind of screwed things up for us, but I feel like once they get more experience they will become more organized in dealing with wedding photography. Most of their pictures on instagram are of family portraits and what not, so they have mastered the small scale setting. Our engagement shoot went very smooth and Vincent seemed very in the zone in that setting. I love the pictures he took of our wedding, but I think he still has some work to do. Overall he is a great guy and very passionate about photography, but overtime he will just get better at his craft. I wish you three all the luck in the world!! I was a little nervous beforehand, having all of this attention on me and worrying about not looking natural, but as soon as we started she just encouraged us to do our thing - walk around, pet the animals, take photo booth pictures, getting cotton candy etc. It felt more like a date than a photo shoot. Our wedding day was just as fun (x100) and carefree. Brandi and the second shooter showed up in the morning, a little earlier than they needed to I might add, and went straight to work. I never worried about details, groomsmen or family shots - she was always one step ahead of me letting me know what was going on. As everyone knows, the day goes by so incredibly fast and all you think about is how amazing the day was and how you wish you could relive it and, at the risk of sounding ridiculously cheesy, we are able to do just that because she did such an amazing job capturing all of our special moments. I could not be happier with the photos and am endlessly grateful. From the husband: The obvious metric for wedding vendors is how well they do their job, and Brandi's obviously great on that note - just take a look at the photos. I went to Photo Story on a friend's recommendation for my baby's 100 Day photos and I'm so happy…read morethat I did! Lucy was great with text/phone communication and was willing to make a variation to her existing package to fit my needs. Although I ended up changing my mind and went with her traditional package, she was gracious enough to add a few more poses when I wasn't expecting it at all. I actually made the mistake of showing up for the session when my baby was only 15 weeks old, against her recommendation. She recommends making the appointment between 4-5 months(?) so that the baby can hold the poses more easily. At our first appointment my baby was not comfortable lifting her upper body from the floor and could not smile while doing so. We tried a couple poses and she was only getting more fussy as we were demanding her to do things I guess were too advanced for her age. That's when Lucy kindly suggested we come back in a few more weeks when she will be more comfortable in those positions and actually give us some cute expressions, not the grimacing and struggling faces we were getting that day. We ended up returning 3 weeks later and lo and behold, got the poses and smiles to go along with them! Lucy's professionalism and experience with young children really showed during our photo shoot as she expertly handled my baby and did everything in her power to make her smile. I am extremely happy with the photos that she took and glad we were able to capture this precious stage in her development as it's a time we will never get back. I've met and worked with many photographers in my day and Jason is without a doubt - top of the list. Jason took the time to meet us in person during our visit to Tiara and carefully interviewed us on what we were looking for. He was super friendly and kind which we truly appreciated. We decided on a 2 consecutive day shoot and Jason was flexible to schedule things out for us right away. We loved the locations Jason chose for our pictures and what we also appreciated is that he would check the weather and see if we should reschedule or not. Once we were on location, Jason had a calming approach to what could have been a stressful situation, especially for someone not comfortable being in front of the camera...never mind being dressed up in a suite on a hot day. Jason and his assistant Mindy moved us quickly from one place to another and made us feeling comfortable being model-like posing for as he directed. His flow was smooth from one shot to another and I personally never felt awkward. I've worked with other photoghaphers in the past that easily got frustrated or made you feel like you were not being good subjects but not Jason. He made us feel like we were doing great in all our poses and never made us feel bad....even though we had no idea what we were doing on some of our poses. (LOL!!) While we're waiting for the final product to be delivered, we had a sneak peak to few shots and oh man.... they look pretty darn amazing. The pictures came out better than we had ever imagined and Jason really did an amazing job capturing the desires of our hearts in this photo shoot. My wife is incredibly happy and we can't wait to see what he has in store for us. I could tell he spent time on editing but making it as natural as possible.
