Absolutely love this place! As a returning customer I have to say there are not a lot of pure…read moreexperiences where you can get away from the phone, make memories, and experience the pure joy of photography for any occasion. Dan and his girlfriend are the owner and they are fair, kind, and have a great little operation going. If you're into making memories with your family/friends/whoever, I suggest you go to Pose Palace and maybe even get some keychains as a memoir.

Recently my US passport needed to be renewed so this photo studio was one of the few places that…read morestill open on Sundays after 4 PM. The photo studio is located inside AR Galleria (the main galleria entrance was locked on Sunday afternoon so I had to enter through the side door via Cafe Lowell). [Parking]: Easy and free parking in the large plaza. [Reservation]: I was able to call and book a same-day reservation on Sunday. Visitors can also make an online reservation via the studio's website. Upon arrival, I scanned a QR code and signed a waiver before the owner started my 5-minute photo session. [Price]: $27 for 4 physical copies and digital copies to download via email (must be downloaded within 7 days). I did not initially receive an email, but I emailed the owner the next day about the download link and he sent a follow-up email with the link within a few hours (the email was hidden in my spam folder). The email included all the pictures taken during the session. The shop also makes photo keychains ($4+ each). The studio also offers 15-minute and 30-minute self-portrait sessions. [Studio]: While I was here for a passport photo, the studio mainly operates as a self-portrait studio where customers take photos of themselves. This small studio has all the props and camera setup needed to make it happen. [Process]: The owner had me sit on a chair and took 7 pictures. Out of the 7 pictures taken, I was able to choose one for him to print while the rest of pictures can be downloaded via a link in an email. It was more important to receive a digital copy because the US passport renewal process requires applicants to upload a digital photo rather than submit a physical copy. I was able to use one of the digital copies and now that same picture will be on my passport for the next 10 years before the next renewal timeline. [Conclusion]: Overall it was an efficient process and I was able to walk in and out within 15 minutes. However, it would be helpful for the studio to provide additional entry instructions on the website when the main galleria entrance is locked.

My first time at Photogram was such a fun experience! I was a little nervous about how the photo…read moresession was gonna go since we came in an hour and a half before closing, but Hazel was sooo kind and patient with us! She gave us tips on how to take pics with our #1 balloon and explained everything really well, so we felt super comfortable. We also took pics at the photobooth, and I was surprised by how inexpensive it was to take pictures with the professional cameras (only $5 for 2 copies)! Even though there were still people there past closing, Hazel and the manager/owner didn't rush anyone at all and let everyone enjoy their experience, which I really appreciated. Overall, I would definitely come back again! My only complaint is that I wish we could adjust the camera angle because the camera is set pretty low and my double chin was showingggg (not their fault tho obv). However, the camera quality was amazing~ They also surprised me and my boyfriend with matching keycap keychains that I had been eyeing when I first got there!! They personalized it for us~ That was honestly so sweet and such a nice surprise. Thank you Hazel and the manager/owner for making our first Photogram experience so memorable!!!

I loved taking photos here with my husband! We chose the Whitegram (Full Body + White) 15-minute…read moresession for $80, and it was such a fun experience. The photos turned out so good--they honestly look like they were taken by a professional photographer! The best part is that we took them ourselves using a remote, so we could press the button whenever we were ready to pose. It made the whole experience feel so relaxed and fun! They also have different photo booths you can use inside, and you can even turn your favorite photos into adorable keychains. Such a cute keepsake! We had an amazing time and will definitely be coming back on our next visit (:

I discovered Khoa shortly after I got engaged in 2019. I was scrolling through Facebook & saw on my…read morefeed that a college friend had posted some engagement photos. I saw Khoa was located in SoCal, but I was located in NorCal. I emailed him inquiring about his accessibility to the DLR (we are huge fans). He responded quickly and scheduled a video consultation. Meeting Khoa in person for the first time on the day of my engagement shoot was absolutely perfect. My then fiancé and I basically spent the entire time riding rides, eating, laughing, and having a good time. We felt so comfortable around Khoa and I couldn't believe how well we all got along. I hired Khoa this year to do my "minimony" aka small wedding ceremony photos. I remember as I sat in the chair for my hair & makeup, he brought us all some food in case we were hungry. Super thoughtful and sweet. We did encounter a few hiccups in the engagement & minimony shoots, but they shouldn't be a focal point of this review because Khoa DELIVERED. He created beautiful memories with amazing quality. We even ordered a 40" x 60" HD sublimation print of one of his shots and hung it up in our living room. It is absolutely breathtaking. Art. It's taken me so long to write this review because I can't really put into words how much I've enjoyed Khoa's work professionally, and most importantly, how well my husband and I connected with him!!! Khoa is everything I've hoped and dreamed of in a photographer. He is compassionate, hard-working, and creative. He's quirky, friendly, funny, stylish, and reminds me of an Asian Johnny Depp. Don't hesitate to hire him - you'll be in good hands. And if you're lucky like me, you'll also gain a good friend.
