I hired this company 9 months before the wedding and 4 months before the wedding Brenda, the manager, informed me they did NOT have the size vehicles I had requested. Scott Transportation stated they would then look around to find me the vehicles I needed. This threw up a red flag for me and I didn't want anything to go wrong the day of my daugther's wedding, so I proceeded to find another company myself and did. I notified Scott Transportation I was cancelling their contract due to a breach on their part, and did this 3 months before the wedding (well before the 72 hours notice cited in the contract) I have since then been requesting my $500 deposit to be returned since the company breached the contract. Ronnie (the owner) has yet to respond to any of my 6 emails and Brenda (the manager) only responded to 1 stating "read the contract carefully, it clearly states the deposit is nonrefundable" I find this unacceptable for a company who BREACHED their own contract. I would NOT recommend this company!!

The agent said the mid size car he was going to give me wasn't clean yet so he gave me one that was "ready", a small SUV, but when I got the car it was not clean either. At this point I was already late so I took it. I switched pickup location from a bwi pickup because this location was near my home and was told when I called, that the government rate would be the same as my initial reservation for pickup at bwi. Not the case! The mistake I made was not getting the name of the agent I spoke to initially but I didn't feel I had to as other rental places honor their reservation. When i got the final receipt the rate charged was 50% more than picking up at bwi! I called them but They refused to change it! Highway robbery!! I will never go back! Be ware!!

Luckily they had cars available although not in my reservation class. I found out (surprisingly) this is the largest branch in the area. Picked up a Toyota and process was seamless. The lady that helped me was friendly and said she would call when a Premium class car is available. Turned out I had the car for a month. Took this long for my car to be repaired (including parts lead time given supply and labor shortages) Unfortunately they never got a Premium car (I called to check a couple of times). That said, understandable given current shortages all around. Returning the car took about a 1/2 hour as there were a couple of customers ahead of me. Once it was my turn the inspection and check out process was quick and service was friendly. I believe they have a pick up/drop off service if needed. The car had a few more miles (17k) than I would have liked but overall it was fine for what I needed.
