Customer service is horrible. The guy literally just hung up the phone on me. My insurance company is covering my rental because of an accident. They gave me a giant 6 seater vehicle which I do not feel comfortable driving. They keep saying they have no cars available. How do you run a rental company with no cars to rent! Don't hang up on your customers! Rude rude rude. Should not be working there if you cannot put your customers first. I will never use Enterprise again! read more

I was not happy. I came in from rain and sleet after attempting to change a tire that would not come off the hub. Chris had the bad luck of welcoming me to Enterprise Aberdeen. Do not use Enterprise if you travel through tolls. They bill you regardless of personal EZpass account paying for tolls. I am out $252 this time. $88 before. On top of paying the EZpass charges. Enterprise admitted they deal with this everyday. They scam you out of money and will not accept responsibility. read more

My insurance company referred me to this location after an accident. The location promptly and proactively called me up and offered me a car for the following week.?? No cars are available until next week, so why not say so from the get go. So I check on line and the Enterprise web site directs me to this location with cars available. The same person then calls me to inform me that there is a "disconnect" between the online web site and the car availability, so I need to search for cars at other locations, including other Enterprise locations. Just be aware. Pretty unhelpful. read more

I had to return the first car. As I explained to the young lady at Enterprise, it smelled like a dirty strip club. I know that is not a reference that everyone will understand, but if you have been to a dirty strip club, you know exactly what I am talking about. I have a new car from Enterprise. It does not stink. It isn't really clean either. And yet again, I left with 1/4 tank of fuel. I pray that my VW gets fixed soon.......... read more

Rented a van. Surprised by the extra insurance fee, and the reson that a large van (15 pax) is not covered on standard insurance.. Recommend that enterprise put a clear note or disclimer on the website information for the vans, that they require extra cost, at $30/ day, which adds up quickly. The other parts of the rental were fine. read more

I can't say that this place totally sucks. I've rented from this place many times before and never really had any issues. My car was usually waiting for me even if I went there a little early. This was my worst experience yet. I made a reservation a week out. Got there a couple hours early no car available, no problem. Got there a couple minutes early still no car available. Said it was coming in 15 minutes. Hour later, the car that was coming ran out of gas. Another hour later still no car, drove me to another office 30 minutes away. Needless to say 2 hours 45 minutes later I get my car, and now I'm 40 minutes away from my home in a hale storm. Like they say, when it rains it pours. Literally!!! They did give me a free upgrade to a VW Jetta. The people are nice there, but I think is was just a bad day for them. Also because they were short on cars that day. I was very patient with them and tried to understand their situation. I put myself in their position, which I can honestly say I've had similar days like that happen to me many of times. So to me getting angry and stressing out over something that couldn't be helped was no use. They really appreciated that from me, and I know the next time they'll go out of their way to help me out too. Keep doing what you do best at the office guys and gals. My insurance company set me up with Enterprise Rental car in Aberdeen Md. I had a previous experience which went ok a few years ago. My present experience with Enterprise (March 2014) is the pits. The Ford Focus probably hasn't been cleaned ever. Straws and other trash in the back. Windshield, dash, doors, floor and seats all dirty. We would never consider renting from Enterprise again. Made an appt a month prior to my actual pick-up date. Arrived to enterprise location and they couldn't find the reservation. I wanted an economy car, all they had was one compact car left. They gave it to me unwashed, with a dirty interior. The car had maintenance lights on, and jerked every time I tried to accelerate. I will never rent from this location ever again. read more

I was referred to Enterprise by an insurance company while my personal vehicle was being repaired due to an accident. The entire process was extremely smooth, especially regarding the car rental. Enterprise called me once the insurance company transmitted the rental details to them and picked me up within the hour. The first rental vehicle I received smelled like the prior occupant smoked in it but they sprayed a cover-up fragrance which made it bearable. After two days when the fragrance wore off the cigarette smell was unbearable. Enterprise replaced the vehicle and even upgraded me to a vehicle several classes higher than what the insurance company had authorized at no charge! Their customer service and interaction was excellent every step of the way. They even gave me a ride to the collision repair center to pick up my personal vehicle once the repairs were complete. read more

Just left this location of Enterprise. We rented from them before and found the staff so friendly and helpful that we returned today. We want to rent a particular car and couldn't reserve an exact car online so made a reservation and went to the store. They did not have exactly what we wanted at the moment so they contacted another Enterprise and spoke to the manager to put the car on hold for us. On our way to get it now. We really appreciate the guys at the Aberdeen enterprise. Great service!! Thank you!!! read more

After seeing my rental I decided to use my own car. Cars are dirty, in some cases car registration is not inside the car.

Tried to rent a car from Enterprise when Avis turned me down and left me stranded. The customer service lady at the 800 number was nice and helpful, but after that things went downhill. Because I have a out of state license and debit card, I would need to have my lease to show them. WTF? Then they told me no one could pick me up cause they were "swamped". Forget this. This is crazy. By then, I was just done with these rental car companies. Enterprise, you just disappointed me AGAIN. read more

I cant rave enough about Lori the manager at my preferred location in Aberdeen,MD. She was very personable and knowledgeable and experience was stress free because of her service level. I will definitely be going back to her for all of my rental needs. read more

The Enterprise customer service representative, Erica, was of no help. It was frustrating talking to her. She was unable to update my rental and denied my request to make a new reservation when I determined she didn't know how to update my initial reservation in order to tell me the revised price for downsizing from a SUV Yukon to a full-size car. After she put me on hold after I told her several times that I need an update, I hung up and called back. The second person was able to change my reservation and provide me an estimate in minutes. Erica is nice, but needs training. This diminished the customer service experience. read more
