Sometimes the run out of cars. If the one employee sleeps late, needs to use the restroom, or has a tough customer - you are out of luck. If 4 people beat you there at opening, the wait is 30 minutes. Positives: there is a wawa right near it to fill up at a cheaper price and they don't charge extra for one way to airport.
