I let Jessie at the counter know my situation and asked if they had any cars available that fit my original rate. She was able to work with me, get me set up with a car, and encouraged me to purchase the damage insurance. I was SO happy I did because I accidentally damaged the bumper. I was beyond grateful that I had purchased the insurance! When I dropped the car off Jerry and Jessie were very helpful guiding me through the claims process and within 10 minutes I was on my way. I will definitely be purchasing the damage waiver insurance from now on. You just never know! Bottom line, the customer service here is incredible!

I had the vehicle for 24 days, I was charged a cleaning fee $400.00 for smoking, I don't smoke in my car or anyone else's. Then I declined the toll pass coverage, but they say I hit the toll pass button to activate it and I was charged $503.82, I never went through or was near any toll roads, the car language was in Spanish, unable to change it to English. I vow never to use Hertz ever again, it's SAD!!!! that this company has gone so far downhill from what they use to be.

When I got the Philly I was told that the car smelled so bad that my fee would be reduced. I was also told that I had been billed for tolls. My bill was not reduced, and I am still getting billed for tolls in July! I am not sure if I am paying someone else's tolls or not. I have paid every bill that came in and they just keep coming. There are other car rental places to use.

Every option from security to rental car just rings and rings (at best), or disconnects (at worst). One of the numbers goes to a fax machine. How are people supposed to find out what they need to know about your airport if the information isn't online AND nobody answers the phone. I mean, nobody? Ugh. I've got to try to get to this airport today and fly out tomorrow. I'm not feeling hopeful about my flying experience if a simple phone call is so hard to answer. Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally went to check our bags they told us we weren't able to and that the flight was closed even though the plane hadn't landed yet!! They told us we could get on the plane but we just couldn't take our luggage. Which obviously makes no sense. We have flown allegiant airline for years this experience is causing us to question our willingness to fly with them again.
