I let Jessie at the counter know my situation and asked if they had any cars available that fit my original rate. She was able to work with me, get me set up with a car, and encouraged me to purchase the damage insurance. I was SO happy I did because I accidentally damaged the bumper. I was beyond grateful that I had purchased the insurance! When I dropped the car off Jerry and Jessie were very helpful guiding me through the claims process and within 10 minutes I was on my way. I will definitely be purchasing the damage waiver insurance from now on. You just never know! Bottom line, the customer service here is incredible!

I had the vehicle for 24 days, I was charged a cleaning fee $400.00 for smoking, I don't smoke in my car or anyone else's. Then I declined the toll pass coverage, but they say I hit the toll pass button to activate it and I was charged $503.82, I never went through or was near any toll roads, the car language was in Spanish, unable to change it to English. I vow never to use Hertz ever again, it's SAD!!!! that this company has gone so far downhill from what they use to be.

Car both times was pretty new and worked without issue. They called me a few days before to confirm. Small but efficient location. Will rent from them again next time I am in the area. The only thing to look out for are these new unavoidable road tolls going up all around, as enterprise saps on a ridiculously high "convenience" fee ($3.95) for paying the 2.50 video toll you accidentally drove through expecting to be able to pay cash. Overall they are good, and are quick, treating you fairly at a good price.
