I had the vehicle for 24 days, I was charged a cleaning fee $400.00 for smoking, I don't smoke in my car or anyone else's. Then I declined the toll pass coverage, but they say I hit the toll pass button to activate it and I was charged $503.82, I never went through or was near any toll roads, the car language was in Spanish, unable to change it to English. I vow never to use Hertz ever again, it's SAD!!!! that this company has gone so far downhill from what they use to be.

The truck was clean and new, for a rental. I did have an issue calling corporate to extend my rental time. They wouldn't give me the store's number and I was not in my rental when I called. Thankfully the agents in Elmira covered me and took care of everything. I'll deal direct in the future, don't call corporate. Great service, support and just good people at the Elmira location.

Our flight was delayed 4 hours and when we finally went to check our bags they told us we weren't able to and that the flight was closed even though the plane hadn't landed yet!!
