I've been renting cars on a regular basis for 20 years now and have worked in the travel industry. I've never been told I need to vacuum my own rental vehicle. I understand "the world is short staffed" but maybe hire a high school kid to vacuum out cars for you? A discount should be applied for customers having to do it. They love their Jeep Grand Cherokees at this location. I didn't see any other vehicle types. I had reserved a midsize car and they upgraded me for free which was fine but pricy gas-wise. I would have preferred a smaller vehicle. A pretty "meh" experience. I will try the Enterprise across the street next time to see if I fare any better.

0 stars. What could…read moreimprove? Shutting it down! Made a reservation for a 15 passenger van. We are going on a trip across 5 states for my brother's funeral. We have a family of 8 and need room for a wheelchair as well. Made the reservation online and paid a deposit and insurance fee with debit card. We Husband stopped in to see if it would be possible to remove one row of seats to make room for the wheelchair and he was informed not only was that impossible, it wouldn't be possible to rent to us at all if we were going to pack a wheelchair. So we canceled the reservation and got refunded what we'd paid. We called every single car rental place in the state- no one had anything. Got ahold of Budget's corporate office and they told us that everything the Budget office in Ogden was untrue- they can take debit as payment, especially since out debit card is a VISA Debit card & can be run as a credit card. So we remade the reservation. They also profusely apologized for the misinformation on whether or not wheelchairs can be packed in their vehicles and assured us that was untrue. So we remade the reservation. Went to pick up the vehicle. They have it.... but they absolutely refused to accept our form of payment. I was about to get on the phone to have another chat with corporate to try to figure out why this one company seems to be operating under different policies, depending on whom you are talking to. The woman who had previously told my husband that they couldn't rent to us said it would do no good to talk to corporate as they are individually owned and they can do what they want. Fantastic customer service you got there, Budget! Some heated words were exchanged between my husband and the woman and while I do wish my husband hadn't sworn at her, attitude was met with attitude. She wasn't pleasant or willing to get the whole story before running her mouth off. I am now waiting to see if we are still going to be charged for our rental as it wasn't canceled within 24 hours of pickup. And if we are, we will be suing. The card they have on file for us is our VISA debit card and supposedly, they can't run that. So if I see any charges from Budget, they can expect to get sued. And now I'm supposed to head out for my brother's funeral tomorrow in I'm not sure what vehicle. Don't do business with this company. They don't deserve it.

Made a reservation weeks in advance only to be given a call less than 24 hours before my pick-up…read moretime telling me that there wouldn't be a truck available for me. I called customer service, they had no way of looking in their database to find the truck size I needed locally. All they could do was to "escalate to their supervisor." I thought I had booked a reservation with a reputable company, but turns out they are a disorganized, unapologetic mess. I will never book through Budget again, and I will give my friends and family the same advice.

On Saturday the 9th, I went out to the car to go to my meeting and the car was dead! The battery was completly dead! I called the number on the paper work and I got the person working that morning. He asked me if I had AAA (I don't.) He said tht he would send someone out, but that person that he had on call was on his way back from Park City and by the time he got to my location, it was going to be 1.5 hours later. That was going to make me very late for my meeting! I decided to see if anyone at the hotel had jumper cables (they didn't.) While I was trying to contact someone local, I received a call from with the person working at Budget in Ogden. He said that he got a hold of the manager of the downtown Budget (Mark?) and that Mark would be more than happy to come out to my location in West Jordan and jump the vehicle!!! Within 45 minutes, the downtown manager was at my location, on his DAY OFF, with jumper cables and a great attitude, ready to get me on my way! I felt bad because the reason why the battery was dead was MY error (I didn't turn the lights off all the way.) However, Mark didn't mind. After Mark left, the Budge in Ogden called to ensure that I was back in business and ready to be on my way!

We were dealing with a hit-and-run on our personal vehicle and had to go through the other driver's insurance, which can be a nightmare--but Anthony made the whole process feel manageable. Despite the issues and delays with USAA, everything on Enterprise's side went incredibly smoothly. Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything clearly. Most importantly, he treated us like real humans, not just another transaction. That honestly makes all the difference when you're already dealing with a frustrating situation. Huge shoutout to Anthony for going above and beyond. Because of him, what could've been a miserable experience was actually easy and stress-free. Highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Reserved my rental over the phone (customer service line) I was told they close at 6pm but…read moresomething told me to check their hours and showed 5:30. I was not going to make it. Decided to call to confirm and the guy on the phone told me not to rush, no to worry about it that they have a key drop off box in case I did not make it. To my surprise when I got there about 5:40 they were still there and they were very nice and polite.
