I rented Car from the Riverdale (Ogden) Utah location. On the way home I noticed that the TPMS light was on. I put air in the tire and was good for about 4 days when the light reappeared. I put air in the tire again and 4 days later the TPMS light came on. At that point I called Enterprise to let them know. They told me to bring it back and they would give me another car. I told the the reason for return was the tire air pressure low. I received notice that I owe them for a bent rim. Enterprise sent an 800. claim to my insurance company for damages. NO WAY WAS I REPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE. I am sure the damage was there when I rented it. The only reason they even looked at the tire is because I told them of the leak.....the tire had a Slow leak and I got charged read more

The guy who assisted seemed like he couldn't be bothered and was actually fairly rude during the whole process. he didn't explain that they would be closed for drop off and how to proceed with that and gave off an attitude like he would rather be doing anything else. where do i even start...i was in an accident where my car was in the repair shop for over 2 weeks. the insurance company sent me through enterprise for a "fully covered" rental until i get my car back. the first day i needed a car, they just entirely charged me for the whole day even though the insurance company and i both told them it was fully covered, minus the refundable deposit fee which i didn't mind paying. i had to return it the same night because i couldn't afford it. i went a week and a half without a car because enterprise refused to listen to insurance. but it doesn't end there, i finally called insurance about this issue after a week and a half of no car, and they called enterprise and told them not to charge me, and put me in another rental. i did only get charged for the deposit fee, and to fill the gas tank which i didn't mind paying. i woke up this morning to find an extra 57$ that enterprise took and when i called to ask why they said that i consented to coverage while driving the vehicle i was rented (which by the way the vehicle they gave me, they told me not to take it uphill at all). the man that was helping me never told me his name nor did he ask me any questions because the manager told him specifically to only charge me for the deposit fee, nothing else. this is the first and last time i will ever be using enterprise. it's entirely a scam and they don't care who they talk to, they will still take all of your money. read more

Had a great experience; I was taken care of by Dimpsy, (I think that's how you spell it) she was very informative, very understanding, and she took my experience to heart. She right away asked how I was doing and asked what I needed help with; and I told we just situation and right away she went and made sure I was in the right safe vehicle. She made me laugh and walked around the parking lot looking for the right fit for me. I really appreciate that, and the talk, we really clicked and that was great. These guys weren't bad. Our only complaint was that when we went to pick up the SUV, it wasn't ready. We even showed up an hour later than the scheduled pick up time. They had just started to wash it & vacuum it, once they found out I was there to pick it up. I had to sit and wait for 40 min for it to be ready. read more

Rented a car but they sent me a bill for $278 for car rental insurance. I wasn't informed at the time of purchase that I could use my own comprehensive insurance. These people are shady, dishonest, and their customer service in resolving customer issues and customer complaints is negligent at best. I DO NOT recommend you get insurance coverage by Enterprise. Horrible experience, and you will pay the 6 month equivalent of your regular car insurance in one rediculous charge. I may not be using Enterprise anymore. They have very bad customer service response.and my issues have yet to be addressed. read more

These guys are great! I use them for business travel as well as personal needs and they usually have (or can quickly get) a great selection of cars. They work with insurance companies in case of accidents and, one of my favorite parts, they will come pick you up or drop you off when you are done. Several things make these guys very good. The first is they are one of a few rental companies not located at the airport so you can save some of the tourist fees when renting a car. Second, they are owned by the same company as National so I can get my Emerald points when I rent from them with no hassle. This team does a great job of car inspections when you pick up and drop off the car. Anyone who has to travel and rent frequently knows what a pain it is if damage is discovered and you basically have to convince them that it was there prior to your rental. The rental team uses a fine-tooth comb to ensure that every scrape and ding is itemized on your contract. read more

I travel a good bit, and every Enterprise location I've ever been to has been amazing. However one of the worst rental experiences happened at this location. I rented a van, and they gave it to me with a completely empty tank. The employee even said that it was supposed to be half a tank full. As we walked around the van to check for damages, I noticed a few scuffs and scrapes. The employee noted some of them but not all. There was also a small gap in the bumper along with some scuffs, and I pointed it out to the employee. I think he may have been new, but he said it was no problem because it was too small. I didn't think anything of it and went on my way (to fill up the empty gas tank). After my trip, I returned the vehicle on time, and a different employee examined the vehicle. He noticed the same gap that I saw when I checked it out. He looked up close and saw a broken clip. He said he needed to get the manager. When the manager came out, she said that the broken clip wasn't noted, so it had to of happened during my rental. I tried to explain my story to her, but she said there was no way her employee would've made those mistakes. I tried to explain further and she said that I should have taken a picture to prove my point. I told her that I trusted Enterprise as I have in previous rentals. She kept telling me that it had to have happened during my rental. I felt like a criminal. I've never been treated that way by an enterprise in my life. I will never go back to this location ever again. I've rented cars here before and never had an issue like this, but I have rented vehicles here that weren't cleaned out or were in bad shape. If you are renting cars here, beware! Check the car out and take pictures of everything. It's sad that you have to hold businesses accountable like this. read more

Obtaining a rental car from this Enterprise location wasn't my choice. But I didn't complain when the insurance company of the gal that rear-ended my SUV set the reservation up here. I did have to wait a bit longer than I would have liked, for the Enterprise employee to pick me up from the body shop. But when we made it to the rental office, the reason behind the wait was clear. They were slammed! I mentioned that I was an Enterprise plus member, and I was given the star treatment. They had me on the road in no time flat! When I returned the rental, 10 days later, the check-in process was smooth. Everything I've come to expect from Enterprise. read more

This is the second time in less than a week I rent from this location. The people here are amazing! I had gone to budget and Avis to reserve a car and the customer service was horrible and rude! They guys and gals here have a funny and nice tone even on a busy Saturday an hr before closing. I like that type of environment! I'm sure they don't want to be at work on a Saturday but they stay positive and I hope I'm not the only one that notices this. Big shout out to Jonathan Reed! His customer service was wonderful and was able to get us into a vehicle quickly even if we had waited for a little longer than usual! I will never step foot in this location again. The associate that was "helping" us was trying to over charger us. quoting us over $700 for a 9 day rental for a full size car. we went Enterprise on 900 w in Riverdale and only paid $288 with taxes and fees include. not sure were they were coming up with the $700. very dishonest location. I'd recommend going down the road a mile or two to the 900 w location. read more

Over the years and the many times we have rented a car we always return to this location and company. The 2 times we didn't we regretted it immensely. I think only once did we run into an issue with a car not being ready. However, 1 out of more than a dozen times renting from here and that being the only issue we have ever had, I would say that is great. My mother rented a car from here and we are really disappointed with them, every thing was going good until we found out information was given out to some individuals that had no consent to be asking about our rental. They have the people our information. I went down to talk to them and I had the worst experience ever! manager was super rude. they will give out your information to other people without your consent. be careful! read more

Wow can't explain enough about how terrible their service was. Was needing a rental and they told us to head down and pick it up which was about a 40 minute drive, we get there and the manager said they didn't have any cars for us. We explained that we had called an hour and a half previously and that they told us to come in before they closed (which we did) and they pull that crap? Why were we told to come down and that they had a car for us to be shut out? Simply because they obviously have terrible customer service and the manager does not know what he's doing.. I've used Enterprise in Layton, Riverdale and Ogden Utah that past year. Although there were issues with the vehicles in Layton & Riverdale, the Ogden cars were the worst. The interior seats had large amount of staining, including what appeared to be a blood stain on the passenger seat. They showed me the car I rented which was filthy, then another with the blood stained seat, then another with a cracked windshield (they said the crack was repaired but looked ghetto) and then finally gave me a car upgraded from what I booked after I protested. How can Enterprise rent these filthy cars? I wouldn't even want to sit on the seats. Don't people in Utah have any standards? read more

Never Had a big problem with these guys. Have used hertz before and have seen my friend use budget and ENTERPRISE is the BEST. It is important to book in advance with them, but it pays off. They have always treated me with respect and patience if there has been a mix up, there are also no hidden fees like hertz or budget rentals read more
