It's a good location - in-airport desk and the cars are just outside, so that part was great. But unfortuntately it was a little frustrating dealing with the checkout process. I had booked a four-door truck but despite the reservation a week in advance they didn't have one. It happens, but I thought the clerk might upgrade me to something nicer for the inconvenience, but this is a small location, they didn't have anything nicer. I made the reservation through Priceline, Budget allows bookings through Costco and Priceline but then doesn't accept the insurance you buy through these other platforms. I guess that's an issue I need to resolve with Priceline, but it's an inconvenience, and when I went to use Budget's insurance options it turns out they're almost equal to the daily car rate. The agent required me to put down a $575 deposit before he could tell me what the final bill would be. Isn't that backwards I asked, normally I pay when I know the total bill first! Anyways, the situation could have been eased by just some improved customer service and clear answers. Hopefully no surprises when I return the car. Note, the car was dirty and covered with dead bugs, maybe that's just how they do it here, it is an open air parking lot. I just want to encourage National to open a location here so I don't have to use Budget again!

After we cleared that hurdle he claimed my ID wouldn't scan. Fort the Hertz guys next door over heard my problems with Shrek aka Beto and they motioned me over and took FANTASTIC care of me. My ID scanned immediately and they had me on the road in 20min. Beto also refused any information on who I could file a complaint with. He told me I could call the 1800 number.

Trust the positive reviews online, because this place truly delivers. All of the customer service was handled through text, which ended up being incredibly convenient and surprisingly efficient. Pickup and drop off were both an absolute breeze, the pricing felt fair, and the car itself was clean and reliable. The entire process was smooth from start to finish and completely stress free, which is not something I usually associate with car rentals. This will easily be my only choice the next time the wind brings me back to Provo.

I reserved a particular car because I am thinking of buying one. While I was waiting for parts to come in, I decided to rent a car for a week. They didn't have the car I asked for in and no one in the area did so they "upgraded me to size category up." Well I took the car and hated it. There wasn't anything about it I liked. So I called the next day to ask if there was anyway I could get something else. When I got there they had found the vehicle I had originally asked for. They gave me that car and took a bit off my bill.( I didn't ask them to and didn't expect them too but they did) the young man told me to let him know if I didn't like this one and made sure I was happy with everything before I left. If you make a reservation with one of these large rental places you have to understand that they can't always guarantee you'll get what you ask for but enterprise took the time to make sure I got what I wanted to the limited amount they could. I have had to rent many vehicles for work in the past and enterprise has almost always been the easiest and best company to work with

It took a little longer than I was expecting, but they were still kind the whole time and crystal clear about what I was paying for and why. I'm not sure how much it would be at another place to replace all the brake pads and 2 rotors of an SUV, but my total ended up being around $850!
