A poor place to rent a car. I made a reservation for a car and when I arrived there was no car available. This has happened several times. I would rather spend more money than have a reservation without a car. They have no one to make a complaint to, they just give you the number to costumer service. I made a reservation a week in advance for a hybrid. When I showed up, after waiting 30 minutes in a long line and only one person working at the location, I was told they only had two cars available: a pickup truck and a Dodge Charger. They didn't even have a sedan. The car was only half-full of gas and dirty. I found out later I was lucky to have any car at all from that location. It took 45 minutes in total to rent a car for a week that I didn't want. The staff (one guy) couldn't have been slower, lazier, or more indifferent. Never again. I rented a car for a weekend family trip. Ariana drove the car to the front for my family and I. When she gave me the car I asked what the smell was and she said it was a chemical they were using for COVID which made us all feel safer. After a little while in the car it was evident the spray was a scent to cover the intense smell of cigarettes. I called the customer service number as we have very young children and they said just complain when we get back to return (not the point). When I dropped the car to be inspected by Rose she did not even apologize and offered a 25 credit. The issue was not the money. The issue was that a car was rented to us that clearly smelled of cigarettes. Be careful renting from this place, obviously do not care about actual customer just bottom line. BY FAR THE WORST CAR RENTAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I rented a car for two weeks paying almost $700 total, and tried trading to a smaller car after my first reservation ended. They closed out my first rental and then told me that they would not honor my "Employee discount". We were renting the car in the same manner that it was done prior and our denial came after they told two other guest that they were booked for the weekend. It is clear that they denied my reservation because of the "Government Rate" that provide a 50% discount. The reasoning that was provided went completely against what we were told during our original reservation and had no consistency between any of the representatives that we spoke with. To top it all off the front desk agent who was unable to make any statements without calling her manager (Rosa/ Rosie) had the phone volume up where i was able to hear how unapologetic and disrespectful she was. She stated multiple times things like "It's not our problem" and "Oh well they have to figure it out". After telling us that they would not honor our reservation or allow us to extend our reservation, both manager (Rosa/ Rosie) and the front desk rep stated that they would not be driving us home and that it was "to bad that they are stranded because she is just an employee". It amazes me that with me paying $700 and returning a car in perfect condition we couldn't be driven 4 miles to get home being that they were not busy and have a 3.5 mile complimentary ride available. When i tried to book directly with them so that i was not left stranded as a 25 year old woman they stated that they would give me the same reservation with a 15% discount which would cost more that twice the amount of the original reservation they refused to honor. This further proves that the only reason that my reservation was not honored was because of the money that they were losing with my "employee discount". It is no wonder that they have such a low review because they obviously do not car how they speak or treat their customers because as stated they are "Just employees"! read more

When I went here I regret it so bad first we waited for 3 hours in line then outside we waited for 40 minutes and the man at the booth left didn't say anything to us when we got our car we were very mad already and got all our stuff then went to the exit at the exit the man was VERY disgusting to us and had a very bad attitude towards us and gave us the wrong car when we went to talk to the manger she was disrespectful and was brushing us off when we got our correct car we left.Theg just lost a very good customer and I will never ever be visiting them again.and the heads of the seats kept coming off read more
