Prior to the service, my hair was almost down to the middle of my back, but it has now been irreparably damaged due to the excessive application of bleach. Contrary to my stylist's assurances, the bleach was left on for far too long (60 Minutes), despite my repeated inquiries. As a result, my hair came out in clumps when rinsed and combed. Furthermore, I was not allowed to see the damage as the salon chair was turned away from the mirror. I have been forced to seek legal action due to the refusal to respond to my Dear Carl Michael, I am writing to request a refund for the hair coloring service I received from Holly one month ago.. However, Despite her acknowledgment of my extremely delicate hair, I am concerned that she left the bleach on for the full 60 minutes, even though significant lift was achieved after just 20 minutes. Following consultations with two separate salons, they have expressed shock and dismay at the damage. As evidence, I have attached a photos not once did they offer to refund me my $819. Additionally, I should've changed lot years ago when Holly put in four sets of extensions and they fell out within 72 hours. They offered to put them back in, but that would cost would fall on my hands.

Her tone was aggressive, and she kept smiling in a condescending way while speaking to me. Even the employee at the door looked at me like I didn't belong there. The interaction made me so uncomfortable that I changed my mind about buying anything. Sophia, the shop owner, is incredibly warm and welcoming. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her products. Being from the UK, she designed the shop and products to be reminiscent of a classic British apothecary store. I got two of their candles for Christmas and both smell amazing. Their best seller, Smells Like Anthropologie, actually smells better than the store in my opinion. The other candle I have, Amber Noir, is also wonderful. I would definitely like to try out different scents in the future. They also have a variety of skincare, aromatherapy, and CBD products. Most, if not all, of their products are also available on their website. Of course I'd recommend visiting in store, but given the state of the world now with COVID-19 online ordering is a great option. If you love putting things that smell and feel nice on your skin and feel like treating yourself this is the place to go.
