The concept is that their smoothies have protein and can a meal replacement. I am sure that if you don't have any issues with soy these are probably very tasty. However, they didn't have any alternatives for those who can't have soy which I found unfortunate. I decided to try an energy drink which has the base of black tea with additives. Mine was a lavender pomegranate which sounded nice and had a fun purpose color but with one sip I realized the lavender and pomegranate were a dried mix they had added to the tea. If you don't do fresh juices then it might not be very noticeable, but unfortunately as someone with lots of allergies I couldn't drink any more for fear of a reaction. Several customers said they come daily and love the drinks, and for sure it is better for you than some other options for energy.
