My daughter and I stopped in to grab a drink while shopping in the area. I got a latte and she got the Thai Milk tea. The shop is bright and welcoming and not loud. Loads of seating if you choose to enjoy your drink there. The milk tea was sweet, a bit sweet for me but thr latte had just the right amount of sweetness. They don't offer any flavors for your latte besides sugar so that's something yo keep in mind if that's what you're looking for. Definitely would visit again.

Ordered another matcha milk tea with tapioca boba and a milk cap. It's pretty expensive with my additives but it tastes amazing.

My family has been coming to this specific Kung Fu Tea, every Saturday, for about six months! Needless to say, we are obsessed. Even when it's busy, it's quick. The ladies that work behind the counter are super sweet and fast paced. Our 8 year old and my go to order: Strawberry Lemonade with grape poppers My husbands go to order: Strawberry Lemonade with strawberry poppers Our 14 year olds go to order: Milk tea with tapioca gummy bubbles Every time we go in, the atmosphere is cute, fun and clean. They have some games to play while you wait. Our order is always ready as we're in the middle of playing Connect Four. It's super chill and relaxed in this place. I don't think that they are too expensive, either. Under $7 for a large, tasty and refreshing drink. The building is kept cool when the temp is hot, outside. It's so nice to go in and be able to cool off. * It says that they have garage parking on their Yelp! Business page. That is false. It is a regular parking lot in a strip of businesses. The parking is great. Plenty of spots and not too far from the business. No outside seating; which isn't a big deal for our family. We get our order and head to a nature park. Overall, we adore this location. Thank you so much, ladies. See ya later. Linktr.ee/GreenEyedLeo

It's exciting to see so many tea places opening up in Indiana. Kung Fu Tea offers an extensive range of bases, flavors, mixes, and teas. Their selection seems never-ending and even allows you to choose the sweetness level. I would have preferred if they had asked me about my preferred sweetness level, as my tea was incredibly sweet. While my son and I waited for our drinks, we enjoyed playing a game of Guess Who on the table. All the tables were equipped with some kind of game, making the place even more delightful. With such variety, I am already planning my next visit.

This is my favorite spot to get milk tea with Boba. This location is always clean and friendly. If you've never tried Boba, it is similar to a gummy that is round and chewy. They also have Boba that has fruit flavors. I like the original. $6.43 for a large. Very reasonably priced. Check them out. I think you will be amazed at all the different flavors. They even have an Oreo slush that my daughter gets and loves it. . Oh, another plus is they will make it with how much ever sugar you want. I get mine with 0% or 25% sugar.

kung fu tea sits in a shopping plaza next to BWW and across from CfA/kohls. there is shared private parking across the street in a lot. you do have to cross traffic to reach the door. this is a typical tea spot serving a myriad of flavors. i can't say i was personally impressed or that i have any plans on going back. they don't have brown sugar and i found the ordering process overly complicated. this definitely screams chain business. i did enjoy watching my drink be prepared out front in the machines. it was clean and the staff was nice.

Honestly my favorite boba anywhere I go! I love their Kung Fu Milk Tea with Boba, although sometimes the boba can be a little more chewy depending how fresh it is, but when it is fresh and soft it is definitely a 5/5 boba tea!!

Kung Fu Tea is such a unique experience right here in Plainfield! I have been a few times, but this was the first time I brought my nephews. I tried to explain to them how to order, but finally I suggested that they ask the staff what they could recommend. They were so patient and broke down the menu to make it easier to understand. They recommended some drinks and the boys loved it! The person who took our order even gave us some stickers! He told us National Boba Tea day is April 30th and they are doing some specials if you order through the app! They even let the boys sample the Bubble before they ordered. That is what keeps me coming back!

Wanted to get a quick boba fix and this place was so good! Close drive from my house and reliable. The staff is super helpful and attentive as well. I got my usual taro milk tea with boba and it was so creamy and perfect! One drawback is that I wish there was more seating inside. I know that's hard though cause this shop is a bit small. Overall great experience and I will definitely be back!!

Located in the strip near Target in Plainfield, Kung Fu Tea has nice decor and seating options. I had a medium honey tea with boba. They have boba listed as pudding which threw me off but I just asked if that was the typical boba and they said yes. They have so many options: frozen, yogurt, punch, and more! I haven't seen that at other locations. The tea was good but some of the boba was harder than others. The staff were pretty nice. The prices are good.

They don't care to follow mask mandates, also do not have social distancing measures & are at full occupancy. Take your boba interests elsewhere... personally, I'd recommend Moar Tea or Latea in Downtown Indy. I asked the cashier why they aren't listening to federal mandate regulations... and she said they don't care what customers do. Edit: I've had Kung Fu Tea in Plano (TX) & Los Angeles (CA), and the brand is excellent so this is an utter shame and disappointment. I truly hope management reads this and gets with the program... update your business operation with covid guidelines in top of mind !

I love Kung Fu. The boba is great, there's a ton of flavor options, and the pricing is good. I have the app and routinely get $1 or more off and you can order ahead. I enjoy the Taro with popping coffee bubbles, but there's a bunch of combos one could try. The flavor is good and bubbles are super fresh.

Finally venturing out to try new things during this crazy pandemic. I am so glad the place to try was Kung-fu Tea! So excited to finally have an establishment like this on the West side when almost any new restaurant is centered on the North side. Kung-fu Tea has a wide selection of teas, slushies, boba to choose from. Service is very friendly and fast. We tried the Taro Milk tea with Boba, Strawberry lemonade and sunshine pinneaple tea with mango jelly. Each were very flavorful and delicious. We are so happy with this new addition to Plainfield and since my daughter loves boba we will be back for more soon!

The service was absolutely impeccable: attentive without hovering, warm without pretense, and delivered with the sort of genuine hospitality that makes you feel less like a customer and more like an honored guest at an impossibly chic gathering. And then came the drinks. The pistachio latte was a masterpiece of balance and indulgence -- velvety, nutty, and luxuriously smooth, as though a pistachio grove had somehow been distilled into liquid silk. Each sip unfolded like a sonnet. The wildflower latte, meanwhile, was pure poetry in a cup. Delicately floral without being overpowering, it carried an almost ethereal sweetness, like spring itself had been persuaded to dissolve into espresso. It was whimsical, elegant, and astonishingly memorable. The Green Room Cafe has achieved what so many coffee shops aspire to but few truly accomplish: creating not just beverages, but an experience -- one steeped in artistry, comfort, and just the right amount of enchantment. A triumph. Five stars scarcely feels sufficient. Oh, and parking was mindlessly easy, the owner was present, the bathrooms impeccable, nursing mother's room near restrooms and high ceilings to dissipate the hum.

I love finding a coffee shop that has their own house made syrups. I tried the monthly special, Wildflower latte with an added espresso shot and sadly it just tasted like flavored milk. I want to be able to taste the espresso and decided to pivot to a cocktail instead. Their cocktails were well made and the presentation was perfect. While there isn't a large selection of liquors, they have the staples to make most go-to cocktails in addition to their monthly specials (both cocktail and mocktail options). The food is what really stands out and would bring me back. You are able to choose a salad, flatbread or sandwich and their creations are unique and delicious. I had the pesto, peas and goat cheese on flatbread and was pleasantly surprised to find I could order the flatbread as a half order for $9 instead of committing to a whole order. I will be back but the coffee still needs some work before it would be enticing enough to became my go to location. Overall, it's a fun spot with options for everyone and a great addition to the Plainfield area.

I've been a loyal customer since the days of the physical member card, and even now that everything is digital, I still enjoy coming here. While I was there, the barista Marcus (I believe that was his name) was friendly and pleasant throughout my visit. I noticed some coupons displayed in the window and asked if I could have the coupon sheet to use on my return trip. This is not uncommon because they give these to customers to use. He was about to give them to me when another barista stopped him and said that the ones he was handing me were their last sheet. I was a bit confused, since the coupons were clearly displayed in the drive-thru window, and I wondered if more could simply be printed. When I asked, I was told they hadn't received additional sheets yet, so they couldn't give out the last ones. Unfortunately, there didn't seem to be any effort to offer an alternative or accommodate the request, which was disappointing. I ended up leaving feeling a bit uncomfortable despite the great service from Marcus. The lady wasn't very kind with her approach but denying me coupons to SUPPORT a local business wasn't on my bingo card for my birthday. Anyway, I enjoyed my coffee, the initial service and supporting a locally owned business.

Arrived and noted that there were not many donuts in the display, but we were told they would make them for you. Okay, great. No worries. We ordered two donuts, the breakfast tacos, and a breakfast sandwich. We got milk and a regular coffee. The breakfast items came out fairly quickly, but no donuts or coffee. Kind of waited for a little and then finally had to ask, nothing was being made. Able to get my coffee and the donuts finally arrived. They were not the normal quality at all. I am not sure what they are doing. PROS: A donut place between Avon and Danville, so great for the community Parking is not an issue, but not many ways in the lot CONS: Place was not clean, tables were dirty Process to order and get items was in disarray. (they were training a new employee on the register, no issues with that at all, she was doing what she could and was being trained, they were doing a great job with that. She was not made to hurry and was learning, so all good) Items received were not the quality expected as they are making the as you order, rather than having items available so poorly made. Meaning, when they finally realized we had no donuts, they asked what we ordered and made them. The donut with chocolate icing with sprinkles was just chocolate thrown on it, melting everywhere and it was not appetizing at all. I hate to leave a bad review or a low review, but we are not planning on coming back to this facility. I will definitely try the other options.
