This was my first time at 7 Brew, and I must say the customer service is so personable and top tier. They really do pay attention to your preferred beverage choice. The double drive-thru makes the service go so fast. I think I took more time deciding on my drink of choice over ordering my drink of choice. Also, shoutout to the 7 brew workers standing outside taking orders in lower temps. I ordered an iced decaf blondie with cookie butter, caramel drizzle, and cold foam. It was delicious and the sweetness was just right. It was a recommendation from the 7 Brew worker that took my order. By the time I paid for my order, my drink was out to my car in no time! Also, might I add, the size of my medium drink feels equivalent to a large at Starbucks! I couldn't believe how much cheaper my drink was also with add-ons, who knew?! Great customer service, fast and orderly delivery, and catered to my tastebuds. I might just become a regular :) sign me up for rewards now, lol. read more

Even though this location is completely out of the way from my work and on the other side of where I live, it's still the nearest location for me and I will definitely go out of my way to get my 7 Brew fix! The associates have ALWAYS been in good spirits and friendly, it's great how they interact with conversation while waiting for your drink. The lines are usually long but they go quick enough with minimal wait times. I go between the energy drink with flavors added or the iced blonde and they are consistently made. read more

Love coming here. Lines aren't always so long and moves quickly. They have a whole secret menu online that I just found out about. I ordered the banana bread after I saw my friend post a pic of it. It was delicious and tasted just like banana bread! They have loads of flavors of coffee and energy drinks. I've only gotten coffee here but their drinks always look good. It is drive thru only. Fun drive through with friendly outdoor staff taking orders on tablets, smart dairy free options, decent pricing, extremelt quick service, I ordered a large creme brulee latte with coconut. I indulged in the well balanced bitter notes of espresso, just enough sweet winter goodness, and though there was a lot of ice can't complain as Starbucks does worse. I normally look for local shops to plop down with house crafted ingredients but this does the right easy location immediate caffeine fix. read more

I went in to try the Sweet & Salty Hot Latte and was excited to discover I could have it made sugar free! Service was so quick. I ordered and in less than two minutes had my drink and was on my way! I ordered 2 iced matchas that were made incorrectly. I had tried calling several times and it sent my call to a call center, therefore, I can't reach anyone at this location for a remake. I don't like writing a negative review if the business can take care of it but it wasn't the best experience. I didn't have the drinks with me as it was 2 days later and I left them in my outdoor fridge. I was in the area and stopped by to ask the manager what needed to be done for the remake. I was given the run around about how the manager was busy and they can always call me later but I decided to wait and have a conversation with her when she freed up. She ended up replacing them after being passive aggressive which I did appreciate but I did feel uncomfortable during the conversation. The drinks themselves were pretty great, great enough that I may have became their daily customer, however, their customer service needs to improve and that's why I will not be back. Cold and rainy so may as well checkout the new coffee shop. This is a fun spot! 2 drive thru lanes no going inside and so many choices. If you haven't been before make sure to have your phone out because the menu is QR codes placed along the lanes. They have specialty drinks and you can also create your own. Cold brews, breve's, energy drinks, fizzes,smoothies and shakes. Only food is muffin tops. We went with a couple of the specialties, the Cinnamon Roll and the German Chocolate. Sound sweet? They were! Next time sugar free. Tasty though just ignore the calorie count listed. Staff were very helpful and made suggestions. Give them a try. read more

Love this new coffee drive thru in Brownsburg and there's one just recently built in Lebanon. I have tried the blondie and now this visit I got a Sugar free Sweet and Salty with almond milk. They are both delicious and I highly recommend! I love the variety of drinks and syrups that they offer. They are quick serving now that they've been open about a year. Enjoyed my first visit to 7 Brew! The large iced drinks are larger than other large/venti sized coffees so it's a great value. The employees were all smiles and asked me about weekend plans and engaged in conversation while my drinks were being made. If you're not a super sweet coffee drinker definitely ask for something like half sweet/half the pumps. I asked for half sweet and it was still a bit sweet for my personal preference but still tasty! They've got a text system that sends out dollar odd coupons, etc. I'll be back! read more

I dropped my daughter off at her new job and decided to try their coffee. I got the smooth 7 which has white chocolate and Irish creme breve. My drink was good though I would have loved a bit more white chocolate. I love that they show a list of flavors they have available so you can craft some new exciting combos. Such a great addition to the town! They're very quick, friendly & fun. You will need to pull up the menu on your phone since they usually don't have the menu as available (kind of like Chick fil a). They have a lot of great deals but be ready for a line when they do! The smoothies are my kids favorite. The prices are decent, don't have a huge confusing menu like Starbucks & rewards are nice! read more
