That said, between the drive to Brownsburg and back, the cost of gas and vehicle wear, and the extra costs that come with that commute, we are doing little more than breaking even. A raise closer to what many other fast food places are hiring at lately would make a huge difference, especially for employees who have helped keep the service friendly and consistent. Hopefully after the remodel, The Hari Group will have room in the budget to pay the people there a bit more. In the meantime, she'll likely still be there, welcoming visitors with her friendly personality. Due to them providing limited hours during the remodel, she is currently losing money during the shorter days, or 1-2 hour long meetings, when she comes in. During those days, it would be more profitable for her not to come in as she would avoid that loss. The Hari group has been contacted regarding this concern, and has chosen to ignore it.
