John personally reached out after my mower was brought in for service and went above and beyond by arranging for me to borrow a loaner lawnmower--something I understand had been discussed as a possibility but had never actually been implemented until my situation. That level of initiative and customer care saved me from having to hire someone to mow my lawn while waiting for repairs, and I was incredibly grateful. This wasn't my only experience with John's excellent service. He subsequently helped me navigate the replacement of a defective Ryobi battery through Ryobi, which was a huge help. Most recently, he took the time to troubleshoot my Ryobi weedwhacker, which he now has working beautifully. It's rare these days to find someone who is knowledgeable, proactive, and genuinely committed to helping customers. John exemplifies what outstanding service should look like, and because of him, I would absolutely return and recommend this store to others needing Ryobi sales or service.

I recently learned from an online friend that they also sharpen knives! The prices are fair, and depending on the day, they can have them ready in about an hour (sometimes even faster), which beats waiting days like other spots. A few times a year, usually around the holidays but sometimes other times too they run a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Definitely worth checking out, but I'd give them a quick call first to confirm when it's happening. They also have a punch card program, and I grabbed a knife bag for $5 that's totally worth it. All in all, it's a solid neighborhood hardware store-with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking in the strip mall area.
