Yes, sometimes things could be very busy or take longer time than expected to figure out any issues but in general I prefer to go to this Home Depot than any other one in Rochester. My favorite staff there are Fatma, Albert and Josh (from appliances). Too bad Josh left Home Depot, he was the one who figured anything and everything out in the computer system when it comes to sales, exchange, refunds and returns, in general. I'm sure his replacement is also great but I haven't experienced that, yet. I'll keep shopping here. If you know that you need an assistance from a staff member then make sure to go during the week M-F between 8am to 5pm to be able to get their best help. Yes they open from 6am but not all staff are there at 6am.

My husband asked him if he had any Kubota ATV's and very rudely the man said NO WE DO NOT and my husband then told him that another salesman had called and you guys told him you had 2 available. And the rude salesman said WELL THEY TOLD YOU WRONG! And my husband said do you know of any other dealerships that might have one and the man wrote a name on a piece of paper and my husband looked at the paper and asked the salesman if he had the address and the salesman said NO YOU CAN LOOK IT UP!!!! It was founded in 1946 by Sam Sniderman. I met Sam, his son, many times when I went in there to pick up things when I was in the real estate business. From plumbing , heating, electrical supplies, equipment rentals, lawn and garden needs, windows, screens, pet supplies, keys made, Sam had a bit of everything. Today I need some fish eye screws for 1 of my cameras. For old time sakes I went over to Sniderman's and picked some up. Not much has changed, the aisles were always cluttered, customers in the old days could walk down them and look for what they wanted. They have a rope crossing the entrance now. The salespeople get things for you. No more lawn mowers, rollers, or wheel barrows on the sidewalk. But they still have a lot of things you may need.

I had an entire kitchen quoted and ended up only pulling the trigger on just an oven. I'm now very glad I didn't buy the rest from them. First, we discussed in the showroom about the struggle of delivery we had in the past, so I know for a fact we discussed delivery terms with the sales women. Fast forward to today our oven gets delivered at 7am (were told between 8 and 10) and the guy says he doesn't go inside houses. How exactly are you supposed to offer delivery and not go in the house? He ends up dropping it at our back step outside and its supposed to rain today. So now we both have to take time off work and struggle moving this oven by ourselves before it downpours. We called and got forwarded to about 5 different people, only to be told there's nothing they could do. I brought up the fact that this is definitely something we discussed at our appointment to which I was dismissed and told "that's just their policy". I find that asinine, god for bid they had an elderly customer... How does a company selling appliances have that type of policy? With an upcoming remodel, they lost out on a good opportunity. I will never buy from them again, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
