I really liked that they had a bunch of different styles in store. it actually felt like 2 stores met and had a mash-up! I found this interesting and went on their website later that weekend and learned that, at Loft, "Living life fully means women choose to play all their roles with confidence and style." I think this is why they set the store up the way they do. You can clearly see the "roles" and the associating clothes to go with. I spent some sifting through the clearance racks and noticed they had an array for sizes in regards to pants. I can hardly ever find "L" pants, meaning LONG. This really excited me! I inquired at the registers. I was informed that the store carries pants up to size 12 in store. Anything large is available on line. Same goes for Long pants in any size (For this, they lose a star.) I also noticed some "petite" and "short" sizes for pants. I did not inquire about their availability as I do not wear those, but its a heads up for those of you who struggle to find those sizes too. In addition to clearance racks they were also having a boat load of sales. 40, 50 and 60% off many items. Keep your eyes open for those ladies! Who doesn't love a good sale!

The store was quite busy, 1 cash out line had approx. a dozen people waiting, and this was with a couple of cashiers working. The article I wanted was sold out in my size but I must say the price was right, plus I had a coupon. Penney's is good with coupon discounts. I think I'll try the Greece mall, always had good luck there.

Walmart's are big stores, lots of products. And it takes good employees to keep things working…read moreproperly. Customer care is very important to me. But another thing that always stands out to me is inventory organization. And employees who know where products are located. I realize on busy days, holidays etc., it can be a bit rough. But keeping products in their right places has to be done. And finding an employee to help you if you can't find what your looking for is just as important. I needed a cushioned seat for work. My big truck seat is probably the original and it is uncomfortable, I ache at the end of the day. It was "Black Friday". And this was 1 of my plans over the holiday weekend to find a good seat for my truck. The Walmart where I live is 5 minutes away. But for some reason when inventory is sold out it takes awhile to be replaced. So instead of going there, I just went to the Marketplace Walmart. I have only been there a half dozen times but always had good luck. When I arrived it was busy, it was Black Friday after all. I walked in and headed to the auto department. I walked down an aisle and saw an employee helping another customer. When he finished I told him what I needed. He instantly answered and pointed out exactly where the seat I wanted was. I was impressed.
