Finally a car wash place that understands owners that want to keep their vehicles clean lol. I have been coming here since hey first opened before they even were on Yelp! I had made a new business page for them but I dk where it went lol. So I love the monthly plans which I think it is so worth it than to pay the one time fee. I mean the difference is roughly $15 for unlimited monthly use? If you know central Florida, you will know that your grill will always get bugs, your car will get covered in pollen, and a bird will always crap on your car - well at least for me lol. The other great thing is that you can vacuum your car for free! That's really awesome that they have this option. I have ran into issues where the vacuums were not working on different days and that certain spots they were not working, so that was a bit upsetting. Another slight inconvenience was that when I had signed up for the monthly pass, my pass included the tire shine which the employee confirmed I would get every time I came, but that's not the case. Obviously, I didn't ask for a tire shine every time but when I noticed that my tires didn't shine and I asked for manual tire shine application, they said it's not included. Came here for the first time and I was satisfied. It is 5 minutes from my house, and way better than a gas station car wash. You have to be realistic, you get what you pay for. It is a drive through car wash. If you want them to sit and scrub your car, then go somewhere else. I think its a good, and efficient way of maintaining your car clean. Give this place a hard pass. I took my 2008 Porsche Cayman to get a quick wash during lunch and was rewarded with my car on the back of a flatbed truck. All I did was drive into the car wash just like every other car and when it came out on the other side, the valve stem was broken off and the tire was completely flat. I brought this to the attention of a detailer who promptly informed the general manager who came right out to tell me that none of this was his responsibility because my car is older than 10 years and the "valve stem is sticking out". While I was waiting for the manager I noticed a Mercedes pull over because the car wash had ripped the passenger roof trim and part of the front cowl off the vehicle. The general manager asked me why I didn't get a hand detail like all of the other Porsche guys, to which I replied that I did not know this wash was too dangerous for this brand or I would not have used it. I did get reimbursed for the wash, but that didn't make up for the flat bed tow to the tire shop, and 200$ for a new sensor plus about 6 wasted hours of my life. Anyway, long story short, give it a pass, there is a gas station 1/2 block up with a car wash if you are that desperate. read more

I am very disappointed. I was in love with this car wash until this lady broke an air vent in my car and lied about it. She said it was already like that... then I looked down almost under the car and there were the broke pieces to my air vent (which now has a weird scent that come when car air starts. Wondering if she stuffed something in my vent). Anyhow, that same day she did something to my air vent when she was done detailing my car, my car wouldn't start... nor would the radio after they jump started the battery. Mercedes said that a fuse was blown and it would cost almost $300 for them to fix it. I tried telling the manager and they never reached back out to me to fix the damages to my car. At that time, I knew that the vent was broken and the car battery wouldn't start. But, didn't know the extent of the damages. They refunded back at that time one month of service ($50 something)... but that doesn't cover all the damages done. I am extremely upset that I have to fix it. It's even on their surveillance video what happened. Take your car at your own risk. I thought since they knew they broke it they'd be responsible and fix the damages done... but, nope. Took the car here for the first time and got the manager special which was a bit confusing because the managers special was the volcano wash but when you were ready to choose your was type, both options were available for choosing *shrugs*. Anyway, the car came out nice and clean but the employees completing the full service after the wash took way too long. We were there for about over 30 minutes just for them to vacuum, dust, clean windows and add a quick shine. At one point, they were just repeating the same things over and over again without any real purpose. We had to actually go over to them to find out when they were actually going to finish because they would just wipe a window, shut the door, talk then reopen the same door, wipe the same window and shut the door and repeat. Had my 2019 Audi Q7 washed 3/6/2020, full service. After washing the SUV I discovered that my drivers side running board was damaged, a large part of the end rear of the running was missing. I notified the Ass't mgr a Mr Jason Byrd,who told me The part could have been lose, I told Mr. Byrd that the SUV was band New and so was the running board, One month old. He stated that they are not responsible for this kind of damage. as stated on the signed entering the car wash. He further stated that the best he can do for me is find the part, which is approx. 10"x8" in size, not small at all. I filled out a damage claim, a wast of my time and went home. Mr. Byrd said they were going to look for the part, and he would call me. No call! I call him 4 times, and he stated they could not find the part. Hard to believe. If I could give no stars I would. I started going to this car wash when they first opened and my car ALWAYS came out clean. I really was very happy with the job they did and I bought a membership. Over the next few months I noticed my car was not getting ad clean as it used to. During love bug season they pretty much stopped even trying to clean the front of my car. Now I know live bugs are bad but other car washes I have gone to at least try and will even upsell you to remove them. This was not an option I was given.After another bad wash I spoke to a manager and expressed my disappointment to him. He was very nice and gave me a free detail coupon. I used to wash my car at least 3 times a week and I noticed on my next visit a few days later the workers were giving me weird looks at the staging area to go into the wash. Nothing was done to my car that normally was done to prep for wash. I received the worst wash ever so I cancelled my membership. I went back a few months later due to having to drive on dirt roads a few days and the wash was better. I decided to go back today, 1/19/20 and see if things had gotten any better. NO THEY HAVEN'T. Now you have to do the bug removal prep yourself out of tub's that are full of water. Water does not remove bugs, and of course my car still has bugs on it, see photos. The pricing has not changed and is reasonable. After watching them wash the front and back of the car in front of me I thought great they have gone back to what they used to do. Nope, barely washed my windshield and half of my back window. After pulling to the vacuum area I walked around my car and saw how dirty it still was. This place has gone to crap. The mat washing tub is just water, no soap like before. No more use of soft towels to dry off and clean your windows like before. Mat cleaning brushesnlook worn and did not clean my floor mats at all. The only thing that doesn't suck here is their vacuums. Went here last Week after moving a lawnmower to my friends house and needing to get all of the grass out of my car. I paid $30 for the managers special which Included a car wash and an interior wipe down and vacuum. My car wasn't ridiculously dirty but could've used a vacuuming. After having my car for half an hour, I got in to see that most of the interior consoles, such as the dash, my window panes, the middle console, were not wiped down. I had to walk back inside and ask the guy to do it again. He gladly did it. But I opened up my hatchback for the first time since I went to Joe's and realized that it didn't even get touched. So I am actually happier with them these days probably because we have been away for some time. That being said it was almost the wrong day for us to visit. We have a new vehicle and there is construction going on by us daily so our vehicles get really dirty. We were stopping at Walmart and it needed to be done so we got in line. The line was not too bad considering the day of the week and the time of day. The problem came when we were 2 cars back from paying with what grew to 6 cars behind us and someone paid cash and jammed the machine. Someone came out to try and fix it and was able to get them through finally after 3 or 4 vehicles made it through in the other line. They were very nice about it and checked to see if people were paying with a card or cash as they could process cards okay. Luckily the one in front of us had a card as did I. In truth it was not a long delay and I felt it was handled very well considering the circumstances and crowd. We were able to get through very easily and the car looked so much better. I also stopped to use the vacuums for the first time and they are nice. They suck up everything. read more

Update 1/5/2020: I always take my loved truck to Joe's I always get the manager's or Owner specials with ceramic coatings (only every 6 weeks for the coating). Normally, I'm always satisfied but today was an exception. The full service was sloppy and I had, for the first time, had to reject the full service work done. The inside windshield looked as it was hurried and left streaks everywhere. I personally had to grab a towel and wipe down some of the exterior and my Bed cover where the mechanical washing couldn't reach. My tailgate had a lot of water spots which I wiped down myself. Did not know this rep who worked on my truck but the ones I knew came and asked me what was wrong. Yes they did correct the problems noted, well until I got home. Found all 4 door channels not wiped off and the chrome front grill was not even touched covered in water spots. Very disappointed. I surely hope their quality standards are not changing. My name is Christopher white I had took in my 2017 Hyundai To Joe's express car wash they had took in a pressure washer to the hood of my vehicle causing all the paint to blow off of my vehicle at first the manager said my hood was like that when I pulled in until the police officers has made her roll back the video camera which clearly shown that my hood was perfect condition then the owner Jackie which is a man Stated that it's a factory recall on my vehicle that the type of vehicle I have the paint is coming off when you take it through the car wash so we hadn't contacted the Hyundai or dealer and they had told him there is no such thing he had caused $1400 in damages to my vehicle offered to pay $502 towards the repairs because that's what his body shop that he Always uses estimated him so I had had the repairs done and when it came time for him to pay he refused to do not use this company they will destroy your vehicle they don't even have insurance to cover damages they pay out of pocket one of the managers over at the Orange Avenue Location in Orlando I had met up with them And he got frustrated and grabbed his private parts and told my wife to suck on them in front of my four-year-old child is this the type of person you want to give your business to I think not read more

Very good wash , been taking my trucks and cars and rvs here for a while since it opened.. they good great work detailing , detailing has stopped for now but the car wash is great as well . I bring my trucks to be washed regularly and then the monthly pass I finally got .. we move around a lot here in Fl but this is still the best wash in central Fl. It's worth the drive and the price is good . You can stop before you go in to wash the love bugs off yourself with a bucket and brush, but honestly when I got to the entrance of the wash, the guy took his time doing it again! However the VACUUM system SUCKS it doesn't have any pull/suction they need to fix or replace there unit!! I always have to go home and finish vacuuming!! Very disappointed with the car wash. Paid for a full service car wash and my car was still dirty after an hour and thirty minutes of waiting. The line to get the car wash was about 30 minutes long. I proceeded to order the full service wash and was very disappointed. Waiting an hour while my car was being "cleaned" to find bugs all over my car, front bumper, windshield, headlights, side mirrors. There was still bird poop easily visible on my car. Also tire alloys were left dirty. The inside wasn't even wiped down. All cup holders were dirty. Center console was full of dirt. Dashboard was dirty. And they didn't even spray my vehicle with any scent. My car is an SUV and they never opened the back to vacuum. Extremely disappointed! Emailed the office, and received an email response back to tell them what happened, however the email has no name or header. It just says manager2 as the email. Extremely unprofessional. I went through yesterday for the first time with my new car(didn't even know I had an antenna sticking out the top), none of their employees bothered to ask me if I wanted to remove it either. I go through the wash and on my way home I notice none of my radio stations are working. I look to see, and the whole antenna assembly was ripped off! I go back to speak to the manager and although he was sort of apologetic, all he did was explain that it's not his fault as there are warning signs on the wall and here's some free car washes. I come to this car wash because of the convenience. It's right down the road from my house. It's $6 for a basic car wash and free vacuums. They have vending machines and a machine to clean mats (with charge) which seems pretty cool. There's also many different options for car wash and detailing available. This place is pretty new so I am pretty disappointed that every time I come I always end up in a spot where the vacuum suction is not very strong or barely has suction at all. It makes it impossible to vacuum floors, Seats or mats. My last 2 visits I've had to move my car several times to finally find a vacuum that works well enough. Really, I feel that's the only downfall @ this place. Everyone is always friendly, waves and helps with payment and choosing options at machine to get through initial wash. read more

I arrived at 12.10 for my appointment and didn't leave till almost 3 . That's no problem I rather my car be clean then half done . Was told the car was done looked and everything looked good . My dashboard has always been an issue so I wasn't upset with that however there are some spots left over in the car . However the main reason I am writing this review is because of the way I was treated when I brought to their attention that they messed up my seat belt sensor ( or that's what I am guessing the issue is .) when I plug my seat belt in it dings like if my seat belt is not on. I'm guess the manager Stacy does not know how to talk to a lady and treated me like shit make me seem like a liar . Then they pulled out this fake report that the my seat belt had a safety recall which I looked up my vin number and in fact there are no recalls . They insisted while they were shampooing my interior or spraying there is absolutely no way they put water in my seat belt clip . Ended up writing a damage report . I will never ever give this business my money ever again . Even if a rhino poops in my car I will clean it myself . I am absolutely disgusted with the guest service and how they think women are stupid and know absolutely nothing about the car . I can tell you one thing when I drove this car from Miami to Orlando the seat belt sensor was not going off . I got the express wash for $6, which I thought was a pretty good deal. However, the wash did not even rinse all the soap off the car. It wasn't just a little soap either. There was soap left on the windshield and the drivers side door and the trunk. I then tried to use the vacuums and they had absolutely no suction. I tried to go to 2 different vacuum stalls and none of them worked. There were a few people there trying to use the vacuums and we were all getting pretty frustrated with it.
